SwitzerlandThe media system that turned on horrible music and the TV every time we activate the room with the card and required a manual action to stop it. The kitchen below our room from where the staff smoked and thus the smoke rose and filled our room. The restaurant is not any good which is sad as there is no other near by. Breakfast was okay.
The room is perfect to my liking. Practical, build with natural materials, good bed and view into the woods.

KazakhstanThe hotel is wonderful — the location, the view from the room, and the overall design are truly impressive. The staff is very friendly. We arrived around 9:00 PM with a small child and asked if they could make some soup, even though the restaurant was already closed. They gladly prepared a delicious soup for us. The room was very spacious and comfortable — we really liked it. We even wondered why the hotel is rated 3 stars and not 4, as it definitely meets the standards of a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was excellent — everything you need for a good morning meal. We were very satisfied. The only thing missing in the room was a kettle — that would have been perfect!

SwitzerlandRestaurant atmosphere gives more "school camp" vibes than romantic dinner: think very simple and large room. The breakfast is definitely not at the level of the rest of the accomodation (e.g. no warm dishes)
Very modern hotel in a calm and natural setting. Dinner menu and quality was outstanding, nice terrace outside. Great location to go hiking with very convenient parking/access.

SwitzerlandThe location is out of a fairytale: surrounded by wonderful nature, peaceful and with plenty to do. The lodge itself is very tastefully made, comfortable with anything one desires. The highlight of our trip was the staff! They were all so welcoming, always smiling and very polite! We spent New Year’s there and although they were with us instead of their families, they were every minute of it in such good mood that their vibe was contagious! Thank you again for ringing in the new year with us! Campra is also genuinely pet friendly! It is one of the few hotels that not only provide you with a bed for your pet, but also detailed information on who to contact in case of a pet emergency!

SwitzerlandThe breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. No hot dishes such as scrambled eggs or similar. The staff speaks almost no other language than Italian. The reception is almost never occupied in the afternoon. We were unable to use the wellness or sauna because the door did not open with our badge - it could be that wellness was subject to a charge, but that was not stated anywhere. Update from 03.02.2025: I read Manuela's review (3 nights · January 2025) here, and I completely agree with it: *"The sink was so small that you could hardly wash your face or rinse after shaving, let alone fill a small water bottle or the teapot with water." *"There was no holder for the shower head in the shower, which made washing hair in particular practically impossible. No shelf, no edge in the shower area." *"The WiFi only worked in the immediate vicinity of the corridor, but not in the whole room. There was only one chair in the room. Not the smallest table to write something or play a game on." *"The absolute low point was the bread at breakfast." Additionally: with the Guest Cars 2025 that we got, it said (under point 38) - "15% discount on dinner". But when checking out they said - the next time(??). I don't think that's right. So I'll adjust my rating downwards.
The location is perfect for cross-country skiing or for walking in the forest. The ice rink is right next to the building and is prepared daily. The ski rental is located on site, but only cross-country skis are available.
