Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyAll comforts were found in the room, but a mini fridge would have been nice, considering summers are getting hotter.
The hotel is right under a tram stop that connects it to the city centre in just 5min. Our room was amazing, we had a spacious and modern bathroom too. The AC was working perfectly and we were offered a bottle of water. Receptionist was helpful and kind!

United KingdomSome minor niggles. 1. Knowing the current situation in the world, the Check-In is now a bit of a faff. It's all done on a tablet and it certainly isn't one click and you're done. Set aside about 10-15 minutes to get your key card, especially if technology isn't your greatest strength. 2. The TV. The only BBC channel available was BBC2. Think some retuning is needed. However even not having the BBC channels would NOT change my mind about returning. 3. Would prefer a room with shower only but its not the end of the world (I will ask next time).
Third visit and as good as the first two. Room was ok and had all you would expect including the air conditioining, which was on all day for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was excellent and available from 0630 EVERY DAY (other Hotels please note). Good hot and cold options. Did not use the Restaurant so can't comment (note it is closed on Sunday evening) Quiet location makes a plesant experience and there are a number of eateries available nearby. Tram Stop (Routes 11/14) literally by the Hotel entrance and only three stops from Zurich HB (main station). Grateful that the Staff were able to help with printing off my return Boarding Pass (insurance in case the mobile one doesn't work). Staff are reasonably well clued up on events and transport options.

United KingdomMy only criticism is that for a 3 star hotel the costs seem very expensive but then, this is Switzerland!
Location of the hotel was excellent with a tram stop outside and easy access to the airport and a short walk to the main station. WIFI worked very well and the breakfast offering was very good. The breakfast area serves as a Swiss restaurant in the evening. Hotel staff were very friendly and happy to help with guest requests. During my stay the rooms were also cleaned daily.

Differently from my previous review (Gmped, dec 24), the room I was given this time made the stay super. Adding that also breakfast has improved, I can't but repeat all the excellences I already remarked. Location: tram takes to city centre in few minutes and stops are just in front of the hotel. Wide parking lot with lift to the room. Sparkling cleanness and parquet floor. Wide, comfortable and silent room. Good bed (and hard pillow available!). TV with international channels. Excellent wifi. Very good lighting. Spacious bathroom (...but few shelves) Good breakfast; quality and variety. Good breakfast service.and environment. Staff kind and helpful.

Clean, comfortable room, bed was comfy and air con in rooms worked well. All staff members are very friendly and helpful, nice selection of items at breakfast, great location for exploring. Tram stop right outside meant easy access to/from city and to/from airport. Quiet area.

Room was acceptable but requested nice view during booking. Ended up looking at back yard / parking for supplies!. I asked for room change, one if the staff was sort of entertaining my request but the person who checked me in talked to the other person and for sure he told him not to do it!!!. That was very unprofessional to say the least.
