Small hotel, located a short walk from the old city. Very nice staff, adequate breakfast. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel, located near the heart of Bern. Its clean as expected from the Swiss. The downsides, they have a parkingcellar but it was full (not Many spots) so we had to drive an hour to find a parking spot. The spots on the street are only free for 1 hour so you have to keep going back to your car. The room is small and the hotel feels cramped dus to the lack of an common area. The breakfast is in the Cellar and does not provide a spacious feeling. We had a good stay for one night. If you are planning to stay longer I would suggest another hotel. But, yes there is a but, it is priced at the lower end of the spectrum (in Swiss that is still high) so it is also a matter of getting wat you paid for.

I came from a hot country, and during my stay, the weather in Bern was quite cold for a few days.

The location was great — close to the areas I had planned to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the breakfast was excellent. Communication with the staff was smooth and friendly. The hotel had everything I needed, and the staff were pleasant and helpful in sharing information with me.

We loved everything! It was a great place to stay.

I really appreciated the tasty breakfast, a window that opens and a standing fan for hot summer days/nights, the nice bathroom, a desk at which to work in a comfortable chair, and a TV with lots of channels. The staff was super nice and it was great to be able to grab tea/coffee in the lobby at any hour. I never met the housekeeper, but appreciated my trash being emptied, etc. This hotel is across the bridge from the old city in a charming and beautiful neighborhood with fun restaurants and nice shops. It was very easy to walk everywhere, we never even took the bus until we left for the train station. Highly recommend.

We were there when it was very hot. The fan was not enough to cool us, but we understand the reason why there was no air conditioning..

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, always available to assist. The bathroom was spacious as well.

Comfortable, clean hotel with very kind and helpful personnel. It's our second stay, and we have been very happy both times. The neighbourhood is very calm, and you can walk to the city center in some 20 minutes. We had a superior room this time, which is quite better - more space and light. Breakfast is pretty rich and varied, and they have a parking you can use (book in advance) at reasonable rates. They have been flexible with the departure time for the parking, allowing us to visit Bern also in the afternoon without having to move the car. We will definitely come back.

The room was ready early and the gentleman at the reception was fantastic at greating us. The breakfast was great and again the lady at the buffet really nice.
