There wasn’t a thing we didn’t like about the property. A restaurant would be a plus, but with nearby restaurants it was not a problem at all.

Our hotel room was very well appointed and modern. It was super clean and the wrap around balcony was next level and offered incredible views of the mountains.

It was a very minor thing but the lighting in the room didn't actually allow the room to get all that bright.

Our stay during summer was fantastic! Staying in this location does come at a cost, but really for what we got it was well worth it. The whole hotel was very modern and super clean and tidy. We had a stunning view from our balcony, however even if you didn't have a balcony the view from the communal terrace was just as good. The hotel has a big communal lounge area that also had complimentary tea and coffee machine as well as the ability to purchase snacks and other drinks if you liked. The breakfast was fantastic and started nice and early so you could go out and get on with your day! All the staff we came across were super friendly and helpful and even offered us a lift down to the train station when we were leaving which was super nice. To access the hotel there are two buses, one literally stops at the front door and the other stops about 10min walk away. However there is also a nice walk down into town that cuts through the houses, its a bit steep on the way back up though! Great spot, great people, really enjoyed our stay.

A lift would have been helpful plus more light bulbs in the rooms we stayed.

Newly renovated property; helpful and friendly staff (Katrina, Maria and etc), great view of the majestic mountains; love the side lobby lounge and the bread for breakfast. The free coffee and tea all day (till 10pm) was also a thoughtful treat especially after returning from our road trips. Location wise, it is slightly away from the hustle and bustle but offered us a great respite for a peaceful and joyful stay. Parking was quite ample too.

From the moment we arrived staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and accomodating. The room was beautifully designed, incredible waterfall shower, great amenities and all around comfortable. Breakfast each morning was fantastic and having free coffees all day was a real bonus! The bar area was cozy with a beautiful grand piano to add to the decor. The outdoor deck had incredible views.

We loved everything about this place! Please ensure you get a room with the view - although you can go to the outdoor common area as well see it during breakfast, it was truly breathtaking to be able to wake up to the view of the mountains as well as take it all in from the comfort of your own balcony. The staff were super friendly and we really appreciated the washing machines and dryers after travelling for over a month! Breakfast was also delicious with a range of items and loved the idea of the honesty bar. We couldn’t have been happier with the location - it was quiet and peaceful and not too far from the city centre, and was only a short walk to Grindelwald First.

A peaceful hotel with stunning views. The staff was very friendly, even though we arrived late in the evening. Plenty of parking available in front of the hotel. The breakfast was good and generous. If you’re concerned about the location being outside the village—no worries! A free shuttle makes it easy to get to the village and various activities. We definitely have to come back here!

We managed to get this booking as a last-minute deal. The place and location were absolutely stunning. The views from the room were really great. The staff was really helpful and very kind people. The breakfast was really nice and you can have it watching Jungfrough mountain range. They also have on-site EV charging points. All in all, highly recommended place to stay if you want to stay in Grindelwald.

Nothing! The location is a short bus ride from the town but this makes the accommodation nice and secluded, very quiet and peaceful

Loved everything but mostly the amazing view from the room (Superior King room with Mountain View). The room was very modern and felt so luxe for a lodge-type property - looked close to brand new. Breakfast was really cute, the free coffee/tea during the stay was a nice touch. Loved the piano and fireplace too

It’s a truly wonderful property and everything about the place is top of the line. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were like being in a spa, and the location was stunning with the most amazing views of the Alps!! Breakfast was really great and it provided us with the energy we needed to walk over 20K steps per day.
