    Large room,comfty beds and very clean. There is no staff, but in the room you find all you need

    Very noisy location it's near the railway and we heard music all night long. In summer the room is really hot

    The room is large and modern with a comfy bed and excellent shower.

    The hotel has a railway line immediately to the rear, and a railway yard/line & an engine shed over the road, if you like trains, good, if you need sleep you ain’t gonna get it !

    Clean /sparse /hot shower/Nespresso machine

    The location - Google maps took forever It’s virtually on a railway line . So…. Trains The car park was black and luckily I was driving very slowly as I was directed down some f***ing steps If I had done serious damage then I would have sued -as my car is pretty expensive. Finally reached the place in pitch darkness. Found the entrance but couldn’t find the room itself. Turns out it’s also a private apartment block Woke up an occupant in room 101 when I was was looking for room 001. All the while I’m on the phone to a concierge. They directed me through a bike storage area and a laundry room - I kid you not. Finally I thought sod this for a game of soldiers and retraced all my 500 steps To find out the entrance door was in a side car park Room clean - apart from bedsheet which had two big black hairs on it🤢 TV /bed /window /lamp/shower/toilet/basin/hob/cups/nespresso machine One singular portion of milk/ 4x coffee/sugar

    Local train station was a source of massive disturbances, trains around midnight etc. Voices of some workers who were drinking until 3 am were brutal as well. No AC was a last nail.

    location really great. check in was very simple. can sit outside in evening with a view of the mountains. the room is very well equipped if you make your own food. nice and quite. room was really nice. the property is close to the train station. i had a car but access to the property was really good and also in the more quite part of Buchs. The price as well i though was very reasonable.

    dust pan and brush could have been provided. kitchen could have done with some glasses and a few extra (utensils), there were not cooking dishes. the room could have done with a kettle. cleaning wise there were quite a few cobwebs around the edges and the window could have been cleaned (maybe me being picky) but my stay was still really nice and i would definitely stay here again.

    It was clean and one of the apartments was quite spacious. It also has a good kitchen for simple dishes.

    We didn’t like the place for several reasons: 1. The system of self checking-in/out is poorly programmed. We had several errors and were stuck near the entrance half an hour both while checking in and out. We spent 5 € on international calls to get to the apartment we booked since their phone outside worked poorly. Additionally, the phone is located outside making you be both outside and inside at the same time to manage your booking with assistance. 2. We booked two apartments two months in advance and knew about the changes to one of the apartments only while checking in (which actually caused a huge error in the system). A new apartment wasn’t worth its money and it was really cold there. It almost ruined our New Year’s celebration. As far as we know, we weren’t the only one with that problem of overbooking on that date (which actually is insane, don’t you know how many apartments you have?). 3. On the date of checking out we left the apartment earlier for a short walk and couldn’t enter the apartment anymore even having 2 more hours for our checking out. We had to spend additional time to call three times to the call centre before we could simply pick up our stuff. The assistants told us twice that they fixed the problem making us getting up and back down to the reception since it was false. Only the third assistant, being impatient and displeased by our calling, finally fixed the card and let us enter the apartment. 4. The location has discriminative policy towards cats. According to the description, pets are allowed upon request. Actually, only dogs are allowed. It caused problems to our holiday plans and we had to leave our cat with a cat sitter. We didn’t get the explanation why they discriminated cats. As far as we know, both cats and dogs can ruin things, as well as people.
