It was so clean and you get so much space for your money! Super easy to get to from Buchs train station and I decided to walk to Vaduz, Liechtenstein, and it was such a scenic walk that took around an hour. The night time was so quiet and I slept so well. I was gutted to have to leave - you could easily spend a long trip here. Check in was super easy and there was no building works at night as other reviews have mentioned.

Check in was a bit challenging - the booking is pulled up, but would not process the card. Had to process payment via a phone call since the terminal did not work. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs since there are works going on at night during the week. If you are expecting a scenic place to stay (I wasn’t), this is not the place for you. However, it is a practical and functional long-stay option.

Spacious room close to the train station and town. The bed was extremely comfortable. Really handy to have a fully functional kitchen, with dishwasher and oven plus basic cooking utensils and crockery. I stayed for a couple of weeks, and was able to settle in and feel like home. I loved having a balcony and options for seating and the room catches the afternoon sun. Cleaners were very responsive to answer questions, provide extra binbags and towels, and get the shutters fixed.

There was a construction site directly opposite dumping rubble and drilling at 2am-4am most nights which was unpleasant. Anywhere else would surely have restrictions on this kind of work taking place at this time within reach of a residential area. The walk to the place was pleasant however, as i was travelling by foot the last 50 metres had me walking a bending road with no pavement to safely walk to get across to the entrance, a crossing and further pavement space should be developed very soon. i was unable to sign in for my card as the card system would not take my credit card (VISA) for some reason, however this was quickly resolved thanks to your helpline staff! It was quite stuffy on a hot day, air conditioning would be worth addition!

Fantastic facility, spacious apartment, very clean and organised. Quick and nippy wi-fi, washing machine and dishwasher were very convenient. HUGE storage and walkin wardrobe, beautiful views from the spacious balcony! When i couldn't make a payment to collect my card the contact telephone number was answered quickly and the problem resolved remotely swiftly!

A bit of stress at the check-in, as I left my "booking.com" email address on the check-in formular, and the email with the room number took some time to arrive in the booking app. The lady at the phone line responded immediately despite my late arrival. It would be nice if the room number was written on the paper slip, or on the screen. Also I found the room a bit cold, even if I increased the thermostat.

The spacious room, the modern decoration, the coffee machine, good bedding. Practical for my needs, customer at walking distance. Nice bathroom and shower. There is even a fully equipped kitchenette and ample storage for longer stays.

There is lack of instructions to operate things. There is no microwave. We booked for 4 of us as a family (parents and 2 teens) and had to book 2 apartments. Problem was we were given these on separate levels, which made it somewhat hard to manage.

The hotel has a railway line immediately to the rear, and a railway yard/line & an engine shed over the road, if you like trains, good, if you need sleep you ain’t gonna get it !

The location - Google maps took forever It’s virtually on a railway line . So…. Trains The car park was black and luckily I was driving very slowly as I was directed down some f***ing steps If I had done serious damage then I would have sued -as my car is pretty expensive. Finally reached the place in pitch darkness. Found the entrance but couldn’t find the room itself. Turns out it’s also a private apartment block Woke up an occupant in room 101 when I was was looking for room 001. All the while I’m on the phone to a concierge. They directed me through a bike storage area and a laundry room - I kid you not. Finally I thought sod this for a game of soldiers and retraced all my 500 steps To find out the entrance door was in a side car park Room clean - apart from bedsheet which had two big black hairs on it🤢 TV /bed /window /lamp/shower/toilet/basin/hob/cups/nespresso machine One singular portion of milk/ 4x coffee/sugar

Local train station was a source of massive disturbances, trains around midnight etc. Voices of some workers who were drinking until 3 am were brutal as well. No AC was a last nail.

dust pan and brush could have been provided. kitchen could have done with some glasses and a few extra (utensils), there were not cooking dishes. the room could have done with a kettle. cleaning wise there were quite a few cobwebs around the edges and the window could have been cleaned (maybe me being picky) but my stay was still really nice and i would definitely stay here again.

location really great. check in was very simple. can sit outside in evening with a view of the mountains. the room is very well equipped if you make your own food. nice and quite. room was really nice. the property is close to the train station. i had a car but access to the property was really good and also in the more quite part of Buchs. The price as well i though was very reasonable.

We didn’t like the place for several reasons: 1. The system of self checking-in/out is poorly programmed. We had several errors and were stuck near the entrance half an hour both while checking in and out. We spent 5 € on international calls to get to the apartment we booked since their phone outside worked poorly. Additionally, the phone is located outside making you be both outside and inside at the same time to manage your booking with assistance. 2. We booked two apartments two months in advance and knew about the changes to one of the apartments only while checking in (which actually caused a huge error in the system). A new apartment wasn’t worth its money and it was really cold there. It almost ruined our New Year’s celebration. As far as we know, we weren’t the only one with that problem of overbooking on that date (which actually is insane, don’t you know how many apartments you have?). 3. On the date of checking out we left the apartment earlier for a short walk and couldn’t enter the apartment anymore even having 2 more hours for our checking out. We had to spend additional time to call three times to the call centre before we could simply pick up our stuff. The assistants told us twice that they fixed the problem making us getting up and back down to the reception since it was false. Only the third assistant, being impatient and displeased by our calling, finally fixed the card and let us enter the apartment. 4. The location has discriminative policy towards cats. According to the description, pets are allowed upon request. Actually, only dogs are allowed. It caused problems to our holiday plans and we had to leave our cat with a cat sitter. We didn’t get the explanation why they discriminated cats. As far as we know, both cats and dogs can ruin things, as well as people.

It was clean and one of the apartments was quite spacious. It also has a good kitchen for simple dishes.
