The host and co hosts were not really available much in person. However the communication via message was quick and simple. I would have personally liked more interaction with the other flat mates to get more of a local experience

Soap for the bathroom, more toilet paper and a bigger towel. Still, only minor inconveniences based on a last minute accommodation request. The owner has taken these factors into account for future bookings.

I liked the size of the room, tables for quick access to essential items, clothes rack and chest of drawers for longer stays. Plus the location is the best part. Only 15 minutes by easily accessible public transport to the city centre and back. Great communication from all parties involved. Ideal for an interim stay during your journey across Europe.

It was a total abuse of money, since Taylor Swift was in town they charged a LOT of money for what you should alert is like a hostal. We didn’t even stay there and moved to another place. They have ONE pillow, old towels, old sheets, NO toilet paper. I understand you do offer different types of accommodation, but Big Room Zurich is really not a proper name. I hope the owner buys some toilet paper, new sheets and towels for the money we payed.

WiFi would be good and toilet paper would be a nice touch.

I had trouble finding the place and needed to contact the owner, but he was quick to reply and tell me where the key was left. There is a shared bathroom and toilet, but you'll need your own toilet paper. It's not a terrible place, you just need to set your expectations low. I have stayed in worse places when people have said "you can crash at my place". The shower was good, the blinds make it good and dark.

It was never mentioned that the bathroom is shared, which was a surprise once you get there. You got to go looking for the bathroom and I ended up opening someone else's room in the middle of the night! Bed room was cleaned up doesn't look like the linen were changed for ages and the mattress is really uncomfortable.

Great location. Plenty of space in the room and cupboard space to store your clothes. The owner was responsive.

There is no hotel/motel in that address, I had to call the owner. First, the owner denied that I had a reservation, and there is someone already sleeping there. He gave me another location that was wrong. I spent hours in the streets and at the end I returned back to the airport for 12h. Then he texted me on WhatsApp, telling me I didn't show up. I was stuck at the airport as a complete homeless tourist. Don't ever fall in the trap like I did

Very good service, the room was very clean. The bed was fine to sleep in. Location is great and close to the airport. I really recommend this place. it’s cheap but very nice 😊

I'm not one to complain but checkin was the keys left on an electrical box in the street! The section of the building appears to have 3 rooms, there are no numbers and I opened the wrong door invading someone's privacy. No towels and I had to put the pillow case and duvet cover on myself. Poor effort, it's not a hotel I suspect the guy who owns it is a bit of a chancer

Payed 113chf for a night, booked with some weeks in advance, for a room with shared toilet/bathroom while with a bit more (and if you book it some weeks before even at a lower price) you can get an hotel room with all related comforts. I come in Zurich every week and i perfectly know average cost of Hotels/apartments nearby my office. This time wanted to try something else but i made a big mistake. The description and the pictures are misleading (it was not clearly written it was a shared bathroom else i would have not book it) where the building and room are very old and dilapidated. In the price are not included towels, soap/shampoo, you have to prepare you bed where i found dirty sheet (really something unacceptable even if paying 20chf a night). Mattress and pillow were in a bad state and i slept really really bad. I would not suggest this to neither my worst enemy.
