Very dated bathroom

It’s not 4 star, more like 3+ as it’s quite basic. The breakfast is okay. My room (King) had air con which was great in the heat. The room size is standard size so you can imagine how small the doubles are. Same for bathrooms. Generally it has very tired decor from 40 years ago and the stale smell with it - which is a real shame as they can be easily modernised and refreshed.

Convenient location in. Central Geneva with excellent transport options. Easy to walk to most places. Frank on reception is excellent, helpful, smiling, friendly.

When I checked inn, the staff member helping me then made me very stressful. I heard the staff clean or people closing their doors easily from my room to the hallway.

My room was clean and nice. Mostly nice staff and very helpful!

The hotel needs renovation, the decor is classic that is not an issue but rooms need better lighting, new floors new bathroom fixtures etc. Breakfast is miserable but mine was included. According to my calculations you're getting what you're paying for (the extra for "breakfast included") You will end up paying more than double for a simple coffee and croissant outside. Geneva is expensive.

The location is great. Many bus and tram routes. Lots of restaurants nearby a couple of supermarkets across the street. 12 minute walk to old town.

Breakfast was not acceptable. There was no enough bread and boil Water. Breakfast rom was small and dark. The Breakfast was on par with a two -star hotel.

Romms had air conditioners.

I just dont like the bed next time a big size bed not just a connecting 2 beds 😅

The location of the hotel is so accessible and just walking distance from the city center and geneva lake

Carpets and decor could do with being updated as could the bathroom! Smelly shower curtain!! Wooden sink surround ? .no tea or coffee facilities in the room,.mini bar inside the fridge cabinet a little tired but we didn’t use it. Wardrobe door just about holding on to its hinges but as I said if you are on a budget the hotel diplomate is for you ..

The room was clean, but a little tired. But for the budget it was adequate. We didn’t opt for the breakfast as it was just continental and not really for us. It was a little noisy right at the front of the hotel but we were in Geneva so not really an issue missus wears ear plugs any way very central ..

Breakfast was not very nice and very expensive for what you get. Rooms are outdated. If you stay one night then okay (ask for room at the backside), but not for a longer stay.

Friendly staff. Rooms are outdated a bit, the whole hotel is a bit outdated. Not bad, but not a place where I would like to stay longer during the day. Okay if you just need a place to sleep. In the morning the noise from outside was very loud and I could not sleep. (there are some rooms on the backside, ask for these).

No kettle. The internet on the computer downstairs for guests didn't work.

The bed was comfy. The shower pressure was excellent. Received a wake up call on time as requested. Hotel in excellent location for the tennis.
