Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandDespite being unlucky with the weather (the best summer activities in the area for kids are not great in the rain), the lodge was fantastic. They even upgraded us so that we were more comfortable spending a lot of the day indoors. Super clean, incredible dinner and breakfast and very kid friendly.

Our meals were delicious and the chef took Into account for 2 of our children’s food allergies. The location and views were amazing. Our children (ages 4,9 and 11) all loved the playgrounds and treasure hunt hike up the mountain. This was a very family friendly lodge and we hope to visit again! Everyone who works here is friendly and compassionate.

Amazing location and very comfy! Food really really good! Staff were very friendly! Our bedroom was very nice and clean and had great views into Titlis mountain. It was a shared bathroom, but looked brand new and was immaculate. The showers were great!

SwitzerlandWe stayed during a long weekend and the place was busy with families with young children. It was noisy... perhaps not the best place if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful mountain get-away.
Lovely location up on the mountain in Ristis. Beautiful nature and lots of areas for kids to play. The lodge is quite modern and rooms and beds really comfortable and clean. We slept really well! We had to share showers / bathrooms and at times had to wait but it was not a big problem. Quality of the showers was excellent. The food was superb and service great too, thank you!
