I had an amazing stay! The restaurant system is fantastic and the food was absolutely delicious. The terrace is beautiful with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing. The room we were in had a wooden beam angling over the side of the bed. It was a bit of a safety issue as it was super easy to bump your head against it when you got out of bed.

The extraordinary setting including all the bells that were chiming throughout the night. The views were Unforgettable. The breakfast was also unique and delicious.

For the customers with big luggage and no cars, is quite inconvinient to go to this location. Will be better if you rent a car and travel for more than one day.

Scenery is super, with the nice weather and the sun, the lake and the mountain stand besides. Is really nice.

To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

It would be nice to have some more meat options on the menu.

The view from the hotel is absolutely stunning, the terrace is a place you can spend hours on. It is in a relatively remote location, so you do feel like you are in the mountains. The restaurant was also pleasant even if a bit expensive. I would definitely stay here again.

The heating in the room was extreme to our liking, even at lower knobs.

The views from the rooms are excellent - make the stay worth it. The rooms themselves are comfortable and well maintained and clean. The breakfast is good, but a little more variety could be better if you stay for 4 days.

The location and the room were stunning! The breakfast was complimentary and was delicious and really fresh! The drive up would require a car though. A few amenities were missing in the room when we reached but the staff would provide us everything promptly upon request.

We had asked about the restaurant menu in advance as they ask you to do through their messages. We ended up booking dinner that got cancelled on the same morning of our stay because we were the only ones who had booked. They had not mentioned the fact that if there were not enough customers booked then we might not get served, so we had to settle for whatever we could get at the supermarket at the station on our way to the hotel. We understood the situation, but were disappointed given that it was very short notice and we had booked in advance as required by the hotel. They didn't offer any compensation.

Excellent experience overall! -The place is stunningly beautiful and the surroundings are incredible - It is relatively easy to get there in public transportation as long as you don't mind a short hike - Staff was friendly, helpful and accesible at all times

Self check in, no people in the hotel that you can ask for the informations, no normal restaurant in the evenings, matress wasn’t comfy for me. Poor soundproofing and old furnjture and Floors.

The view is absolutely stunning, the breakfast area was also lovely and coffe was very good. I love the gadem and the fresh herbs. The area is wonderful with a lot of pares and hikes. So quiet.

It was hot these days and the room was very stuffy, for 2 floors with children they gave us 1 fan - there was not enough air conditioning!

Great location - the sunset is spectacular! I thought the breakfasts could be better - but you can have a snack, for children there is nothing to eat except toast with jam!

Nobody to welcome us. Nothing to eat for us. Kitchen closed except for other guests. We had to take the car to look for something to eat. There was no luxery that we expected for the price that we paid for one night.

Room is not fancy at all, for the price I was expecting more. We just have travelled a week in Switzerland : this was the most expensive hotel I booked but the less comfortable. Otherwise location is great and people were nice. Breakfast quality was good too.
