Excellent breakfast! Indian breakfast items were served as well! One should definitely choose this option. Staff is quite helpful. No charges for storing your luggage after your checkout. Great service!

A bit in the basic side but still comfortable.

The location is a tiny bit far, but the hotel or city gave us free bus passes during our stay.

The hotel is located in Unterseen which is a step away from interlaken. It was easy to get to and close to a lot of main attractions. Our room was wonderful with an amazing view. Breakfast was great! Definitely didn’t expect much, but there were plenty of options and everything was good. And the staff is very helpful and kind!

There were a lot of stairs - our room was located on the 2nd floor so we get to use the lift, but we had to climb through some stairs after the lift to reach the room...My family stayed on the ground floor but there were stairs too...maybe you can try leaving a special request to avoid stairs if you are travelling with many/big luggage.

If there is only one thing to talk about it has to be their breakfast. It's really cute that they serve everything in a small individual jar - just clealiness and aesthetically pleasing, to me. They serve rice and vegetarian curry for breakfast too! I mean, accoms in interlaken are expensive so overall I would say we are satisfied for the stay, it's clean and decent.

The AC couldn’t be turned below 22C and mechanic wasn’t even aware.

Amazingly caring people, very friendly and helpful, great location and breakfast. The owner Imi is so sweet. All staff and John are amazing.

There were hairs on the pillows upon check-in. The air conditioning did not go below 22°C, which can be challenging during a heatwave. The room had a musty smell. Both the beds and the bedding could use replacement. It would also be nice to have fresh fruit available at breakfast.
