Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThe room was cold, and the window wasn't properly sealed, allowing a small draught to come in. The heating system took forever to warm the room, until it became way too warm in the middle of the night. The floors are cold and not carpeted, so remember to bring your own slippers because the hotel doesn't provide any.
The hotel is right next to the Baar train station, which makes it easy to get to with the train. There is also an underground car park which needs to be paid separately. The room was clean and hot water remains stable when you set it to the level you need. For a business trip, where you only need a bed at night, this hotel is convenient and satisfactory.

The rooms were surprisingly noise-proof and the AC was much appreciated on the 25 degree night that we arrived. The staff at the front desk were very helpful, friendly and cheerful. Also a plus.
