United KingdomThe lack of elevator in the hotel could make it slightly challenging for those with heavy luggage (although the staff are happy to help!) or those with limited mobility.
The staff were fantastic from the reception through housekeeping to the breakfast room. Always greeted personally and with a smile. The room was comfortable and recently updated. The touch screen controls take a bit of getting used to (my fingers don't work so well with them). The international plug sockets negate the need for adapters. There is no operational on site restaurant, but a perfectly respectable buffet breakfast is served if required and this was well stocked. Overall, good value for money in a largely expensive town.

Beautiful hotel, housed in an old building but beautifully renovated. I was particularly impressed by the design and furnishings. The location is very central, very friendly staff, you can buy ski tickets directly at reception, if you forgo the daily cleaning you get free drinks. The light can be conveniently controlled via a touch panel. Very clean.

United StatesThere is no lift. I also found the pillows very firm and high, blanket was very thick and too hot for me. A down or down alternative pillow would have been nice as an option. I didn’t ask for a different blanket or pillow and maybe those would have been provided if I’d asked.
Good location close to grocery store and train station, restaurants and very friendly staff. I requested an electric kettle so that I could make tea and one was brought up to me promptly.

Very good breakfast, not too many options but for 5-6 days it's ok. Definitely very good to start a day of ski. The hotel provides a small parking space, not enough for all guests but otherwise there are plenty public garages nearby. Bus station, very close, train and Jakobshorn lift is pretty close (enough for us to put on the boots at the hotel). There are various restaurants nearby and also the Eau-la-la aquatic centre is close (2 bus stations). Coop and Aldi also close.

United KingdomThe only suggestion I would have is to have tea/coffee facilities within the room and a fridge for having water/drinks in the room. There is an honesty bar with water and drinks if required in the hotel though.
The location was excellent. The staff were really friendly and the service was superb. I was there for a conference at the convention centre. The hotel was a short walk or a 3 min bus ride away. The hotel has numerous places to shop and eat within a minute or two walk. The bus stop is within 20metres and the train station within a 5 min walk. The room had everything you need except coffee and a fridge. It was a clean hotel and nothing was too much trouble.
