Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandAs a solo female traveller, I did not feel comfortable at the property. The building is very big and there were almost no other guests (It was low season when I visited, but still). There is no working staff onsite overnight and no phone number to call if something weird happens, as did during my stay. Even booking.com staff could not reach anyone from the property and filed an incident report. Something to note is that the hotel is above the main part of town, so is not ideally located for someone with limited mobility or fitness without access to a car.
I did not like this place.

SwitzerlandDo to the many class excursions very loud at night. Loud noises through walls and ceilings.
The area and the balcony.

United KingdomThe best was to get to the hotel is by car (buses cannot go all the way up, and there is no public transport). The second-best way to get to the hotel is to ski down the run number 15 and walk the remaining part, but it's only possible while the ski lifts are open. If you want to walk to the hotel, the shortest path requires walking up the ski run. It seemed safe, but in the night it's not lit up.
We stayed in a 2-person room with shared bathroom and shower. There was still a sink in the room, which was convenient. The shared bathroom and shower were reasonably clean, I never encountered a queue.

SwitzerlandHello Everyone In my opinion, the staff here are very cheerful, enthusiastic and friendly. Only the room itself is not very good, the toilet and bathroom are very inconvenient, and guests have to do everything in the room themselves, from bed sheets to pillowcases... in general, I feel like Spending money on a summer vacation is not really worth it. I'm not the only one who feels that way, I also hear all the other guests sharing the same room with me have the same feeling as me. I feel like this is more like a motel room than a hotel room as its name suggests. Wishing the hotel more and more improvement and success Best and Regards Jessy Ho Show quoted text

SwitzerlandThe rooms were very bare. It would have been so much better to just have something on the walls to make it feel a bit less prisonesque
The breakfast was pretty good - lots of options for food and drinks. It was nothing super special but provided a range of different cold options. Beds were comfy and clean with mega pillows. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful

SwitzerlandWe had to make the beds ourselves and then remove the bed sheets at the end of the stay. We were not informed that we need to book a parking place so we had to park all the way down in the park house. (15 min by foot). The pictures on Google and on booking are not real. The hotel looks like an old sanatorium (which it probably was). The room was super expensive and not adequate to the quality. Plus the room was stinky. There is a depo of 100(!!) chf for an additional room key... The staff wanted me to pay again because 'they didn't realize it was already paid via booking.com'.
Not much. Breakfast was ok.
