The view from the balcony was fabulous. This unit was only a short walk from the train station and was also just a block off the Main Street which has all the shopping and restaurants and so much ambiance. It is also close to a well stocked grocery store.

We loved this property so much, my daughter loved the loft bed space in specific. This property has a beautiful mountain view for the patio. Also can see partial view of Matterhorn peak on a clear day. Very quiet and convenient. Kitchen had all required supplies to cook. Very close to Zermatt bahnoff about 100 metres walk.

Low sloping exposed timber rafters / ceilings can be challenging for tall persons. Just a note that access to the building is not controlled / lock secured although didn’t feel unsafe returning after mid-night stroll.

Great quiet neighbourhood even though just off the main street and close to the train station. Lucky to be able to see Matterhorn’s peak from the balcony.

the top floor roof is too low even for kids... need to be very cautious.

the place is very well equipped with kitchen appliances, utensils, cutleries etc. the bed is comfortable just the pillows are too soft The bathrooms are very clean and nice. The lower floor bathroom bathtub is equipped with a Jacuzzi. the location is very strategic... just a short walk from the train station.

The apartment is so beautiful and spacious. It gives the Swiss Cabin feel! It was about 3-5 min walk from the Zermatt train station and a stone throw away from the shops and restaurant. The apartment was my family's favourite stay in our entire Switzerland trip. It was unique with its Swiss cabin inspired loft and had an excellent view of the mountains. The kitchen was fully equipped. We love that the beds were comfortable and Netflix is available for us to log-in to after a long day of sightseeing. Highly recommend to all and we hope to return again!

Check in time is late at 1700 hours so have to wait long and due to the cold temperature, it's quite uncomfortable while waiting to check in.

Location is near, about 10 min walk from the main train station, apartment is spacious and value for money for family with children. With 2 large tv with Netflix, we enjoy our stay.

I like everything about this apartment. The location is superb, at the centre of Zermatt town - close to train station, shops, restaurants and taxi. Dining in was easy along our stay at this apartment. Just do groceries shopping at coop shop nearby, then you got everything needed to cook and to eat. Its beyond expectations. Numerous tv channels particularly Netflix and toys are also there to keep our kids occupied. Thanks for the great services!

The climate control was not easy to manage and so the temperature was quite high in the apartment. Minor issue.

The location was great and it was a well equipped apartment. The Management was also quite understanding on allowing for a later stay due to the transportation disruption caused by avalanches.

This property is incredibly well-stocked. It is evident that the owner spends some time here, which is quite unusual compared to other places we have stayed. There are even small details that have been attended to, such as hooks in just the right places for your keys, coat, and towels. The bedding is so comfortable (we were in the upstairs loft). The location of this unit is optimal. You can easily walk from the train station and also to the lift. Shopping and restaurant access is perfect.

The hosts asked us to remove all the sheets from the duvets and beds and put them into the bed after charging us a CHF 250 cleaning fee. The stated reason was that this allows them to know which beds were used. This is worrying because it implies that washing the sheets depends on what the previous guests do. I hope they wash all sheets anyway.
