We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomJust a couple of things that would really make a difference. New pillows, pillows too small and had marks on, new towels, again towels clean but old and new ones would make a real difference and a full length mirror.
I rented the Deluxe Studio which was completely fine for 1 or 2 people. Very small and with the fold down bed not a lot of room but good for 1 or a couple for a weekend or few days. Good shower which was great. Owners very helpful and responsive and studio very clean. I was there for a few days alone for a wedding and it was perfect for me.

SwitzerlandStudio is located in front of a bar playing music very loud where people are screaming outside non stop until 3-4AM. Nearly impossible to have a good sleep even with all windows closed. It’s good for youngster going out at night but not for a family who wants to be early on slopes.
Nice and cosy, a bit small for a family of 4, it’s a one room small apartment with two sofa bed in the living room. The ski locker is a big plus.

NetherlandsIt has only one small window, so there is not enough ventilation and daylight. And is above the ZaZa bar, which plays loud music until 02:00 in the morning every night. The owner should mention this and replace the picture of the building with the actual situation in stead of the one where the bar is conveniently out of site behind a fence.
Nicely redecorated. Ski locker at the lifts is a nice extra. We’re happy Booking.com arranged a refund when we canceled and left early.
