The walk into town was a challenge, mostly uphill, steep in some sections. Difficult for my 87-year-old father in law. But we did use taxi service, which I highly recommend if you are a senior.

Lounge/dining was a little cramped - less bulky lounges and dining chairs would help. Steep climb with luggage back up to the train station.

Amazing scenery, view from the balcony. Close to other wonderful places like Jungfrau, Grindelwald. Quiet town - not busy.

We loved everything! But you need to know that there is a sharp drop from the train station to the apartment (and then sharp rise to the train about 10 minutes climbing ) . It’s not a jumping to the town centre.

Cozy and comfortable apartment with a wonderful view to Lauterbrunnen valley and the mountains. It has all the equipment you need in the kitchen and all you can think of and it was very clean. The mattress was very comfortable and you don’t even need to rise your head to see the amazing view from the bed.

It was absolutely amazing! The view from the balcony was spectacular, and the interior was designed to refelct the local culture, which we really liked. Kitchen had every appliance we could wish for, and there were two toilets as well, which was very convenient.

As almost every review has stated about this place, the walk between the train station and this place is very difficult. We did not think it would bother us as much as it did but going up and down that Steep Hill for 12 to 15 minutes every time got extremely tiring. Especially if you're running a little bit late to get to a train and you're having to try to hurry up that hill, it is very hard to do. We are in pretty good shape and it was still very difficult. If you don't want to have to haul your luggage up and down that steep hill as well, which is virtually impossible, you have to pay an extra $25 for them to transport it for you. Several people said the beds were comfortable, they were not. They're definitely not the worst I've slept on but I would not consider them comfortable. They had a information sheet posted on the mirror inside the place which stated you had access to their laundry room between certain hours but then a separate sheet they gave me when I got my keys said they did not offer laundry. There is a laundry room right there on site but I guess at some point they stopped letting people use it. With the location of this place especially, giving people access to the laundry room would be extremely helpful. The shower drain did not drain very well at all and the water kept wanting to overflow into the bathroom if you were not careful.

The location as far as quietness and the most amazing view was perfect. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything you need it really made you feel like you were staying in your own Swiss Chalet up in the mountains which is magical. Loved the outdoor patio with the most amazing view.

Peaceful and beautiful location with views of Stabachfall down and the top of Jongfrau up high from our balcony. Apartment is in a very old building but itself is new and very clean ,big space and nice furnished and full facilities.

1- walking to the apartment is very hard as it's about 500 m on huge slop so it's super hard for family going down and specially going up 2- the apartment in second floor no lift so again putting luggage up and down is exhausting 3- the steps gave gabs on the side so kids can fall through , not safe for kids at all 4- they don't allowed us to use the laundry so for us having kids was not good at all

We would have appreciated a double duvet (rather than two single duvets) on the double bed. The oven would have benefitted from two racks (rather than just one), and a baking sheet would have been useful to prevent drips onto the floor of the oven while cooking. A good chopping board was lacking and would have been helpful. The lack of laundry facilities was a slight inconvenience. It would have been helpful if the need to pick up the keys from the Interhome office at the station had been clearly indicated in the documentation sent beforehand.

This is a lovely flat with great views from the balcony! The location was peaceful (albeit involving a stiff 10-minute walk uphill to the train station!). The rooms were clean, cosy and nicely decorated, with nearly everything we needed present. The shower was nice and hot, the beds and sofas comfortable, and there was plenty of room to store our belongings, including coats and walking boots.
