Excellent location, just a short walk from the train stations and Staubbach Falls. The house requires a bit of a hike to reach, but it’s well worth it for the warm hospitality and wonderful stay.

I don't have any definite answer for this as we just stayed for 2 nights and our stay was comfortable. Maybe little bit about the uphill walk to the apartment. But one can not to do anything for this. Due to it's location little bit higher than the valley, you can watch over the town.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment! The owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even allowing us an early check-in without any hassle. They greeted us warmly at the gate and made the process smooth and pleasant. The apartment itself is fantastic—cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully functional kitchen, a bathroom with warm water, and a toilet room. The wooden construction adds a warm and rustic charm, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Despite the harsh winter, the apartment was perfectly warm and cozy. This space is ideal for couples but can also accommodate a small family with a child, as there are three beds in the bedroom. The location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from Lauterbrunnen train station. However, do note that the walk includes a steep uphill stretch of 200–300 meters, though you can also drive directly to the address. The apartment's location is excellent for exploring the Lauterbrunnen Valley. From Lauterbrunnen station, you have access to trains heading to Wengen, Kleine Scheidegg, and beyond. If you're planning to visit Jungfraujoch, the "Top of Europe," you can take the yellow-green train from Lauterbrunnen (tickets can be purchased via the SBB app). It's worth booking your tickets in advance for Jungfraujoch. For ski lovers, Kleine Scheidegg is a must-visit destination. Additionally, the nearby attractions are incredible. You can explore the Lauterbrunnen Valley or take a cable car to Mürren from Stechelberg LSMS. This apartment is a perfect base for enjoying the scenic beauty and activities in the region. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in Lauterbrunnen!

Extremely clean and beautifully cozy little apartment. Spectacular views from both the kitchen and the bedroom! Well organised and full amenities that you would need. Location to town's centre is first class. Would mention however that the property is at the crest of a very, very steep, narrow road (approx 250 metres length). Coming in by car is fine for access but if you are coming in with luggage (arriving by train or bus) it would be incredibly, incredibly difficult to walk up. Especially if you have any slight mobility issues. It's tough even just walking up by yourself. Fantastic exercise though! 😁

Our host was very kind and welcoming, and allowed us to do a load of clothes washing when we arrived. The accommodation was close to the main street and railway station. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable.

It was a very steep hike uphill for our elderly bodies. (Equivalent to 17 flights of stairs.) In the future I will consult a topographic map for Swiss hotel locations.

This upstairs, loft, apartment is very cozy and well appointed. The small kitchenette was adequate for preparing simple meals like breakfast and lunch. The separate bedroom area was of good size with three single beds. Lovely views up and down the valley from bedroom and kitchen windows.

Toilet has no window or vent, thus ventilates directly into the kitchen, which is awkward when people are eating.

Superior location and view. Comfortable all-wood construction. Nice beds. Just enough essentials in the kitchen to make and serve basic meals. Exactly what we needed.

A little hard to locate and get to, especially with suitcases or heavy bags as there is quite a long hilled driveway you have to walk up, as well as stairs, to reach the room.

Hard to find initially, as it is a house share there was a lot of noise from the owners. Thin walls meant I could hear conversations until well after midnight when I was trying to sleep.

Good location, view to the mountains was amazing, small kitchenette was handy to cook when I didn’t want to eat out.
