It was very hot in the apartment. We tried to turn down the heating but it wasn’t doing anything. We had to open the doors in the middle of winter everytime we were inside the apartment. But other than this a very clean tidy accomodation.

The refrigerator/freezer stopped working near the end of our stay. While I expect it will be repaired or replaced before the next guests arrive, it was a frustration for us due to food and beverages we had in the refrigerator that got warm. The staff was very accommodating and they allowed us to use the refrigerator in another unit temporarily but it was inconvenient.

Wonderful location across from the Interlaken Ost train station and Coop grocery store. 2 full bedrooms with attached private bathrooms. Kitchen, dining area, and common area separated the bedrooms. Lots of storage space in closets in each of the bedrooms. Staff was wonderful.

Great location, next to Coop, opposite of train station. Apartment is very spacious, 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, with a big balcony, fully equipped kitchen, even with dish washer - we love that! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. So glad to have her through the check i process! Everything about this place is just perfect!

It is a huge apartment which could suit 4 to 6 people comfortably. The location was excellent and the host had sent us very clear instructions to key collection and check-in. Thank you very much for preparing the city cards for us too!

Only provided two sets of small bottle of shampoo/body wash and lotion for a four days stay for four people. Wish they could provide four sets in the future.

Modern amenities and clean. Big gourmet kitchen for cooking for family. Close to station and supermarket. Good communication with staff. Diane helped us checkin and it is fast and easy process. We are warned of key replacements costs of CHF 1000. The washer and dryer is greater appreciated. Very spacious room and storage space.

Beds were not comfortable and bathrooms were very basic. towels were not good.

we stood there for almost 1 hour to find the keys. there was other agent office also with other commercial blocks which confused us and no light at all at 12 midnight when we reached.

We were made to dispose trash below the apartment and too many rules and regulations.
