We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesPricey, short Office hours (always closing),respond always delayed at least several hours to a day long. No convenient key lockbox in the complex. Need to wonder around the town during the night with heavy snowfall, looking for the office to get the apartment key (far from the apartment). Every links on booking.com that the office sent got removed completely by booking.com. Almost looked like a scam! Lots of checkouts requirements for the guests—needs key dropped off to the office instead, do dishes then put back to the shelves, trashes needed to be removed to a place (hubby walk around several street aisles still couldn’t find the place to dump) 15-20 minutes spent still getting nowhere.

The location is very close to everything. There isn't a hill to climb to to get to it. In this valley, there are quite a few places that require a climb. The room had everything needed to prepare a meal if you wanted to. THE VIEW OF THE MATTERHORN IS EXCELLENT! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out or just laying in bed staring at the Matterhorn. Picking up and dropping off the room key in town isn't far but planning on it will make it easier. The personal touches seperates the room from the same old thing hotels.

Switzerland- You’re asked for a few things which I would expect to be included in the price (have to take bed sheets off, have to leave the dishwasher empty) - Perhaps we missed it, but we did not see any instructions where we could leave the bin bags, that would have been helpful to include in the instruction booklet) - Asking to leave the dishwasher empty is simply not a reasonable thing to ask from guests. As the sofa bed is in the same room as the dish washer, you cannot run it overnight.

United Statesbuilding and furnishing seemed old, outdated. odd layout. average internet speed, lightning poor in all the room except bathroom. there was a lot of kitchen trinkets and dishes, utensils unnecessary for the stay. seems someone unloaded their old kitchen items into the rental for no good reason. very confusing.

United StatesOur stay was scheduled just after a serious flood. The news, and the hosts of other accommodations advised their guests not to come and we couldn't even get a prompt response from our host and then they refused to issue a refund because they said things were back to normal. They were not! We did not stay there nor will we ever consider booking with Interhome accommodations again. We were traveling with a family group and when their hosts told them not to come and gave them refunds, we had to go with our family. So disappointed in this booking. Plus lost a lot of money!
