IndiaThe bathroom is small for a 6 people accommodation and there is not elevator in the building and requires climbing 2 floors probably not good for elderly parents.
Location was just amazing! The house comes with everything you will need for your stay. The house overall was nice and the host was very friendly and helpful.

IsraelThe appartment is close to the rails which is not that plesent. No supermarket or boulongerie close. Only one bathroom, which we knew in advance. The appartment in on the 3rd floor with no elevator! The washing machine electricity connection has to be taken from side to side through the bathroom which is very dangerous. It was very hot when we stayed there, only one fan was available and we couldn't open the windows because of mosquitoes. You can feel that this appartment is only business with no extra touch for detailes.
Speiz is close to all there is to see in the Interlaken vally, grindelwald etc...

South AfricaVery awkward parking spot next to a thorn bush. Got poked twice maneuvering around the car. The pillows were not comfortable. The host needs to invest in better ones. Also oven gloves are needed. The building door locks behind you. The host needs to mention this to avoid accidents.
Spiez is beautiful. Apartment was large enough to enjoy with 2 kids. Accomodating with the cot and high chair.

I booked the apartment when it was new to booking.com without any reviews, trusting my instinct that it would be good. Indeed, it exceeded my expectations. The entire stay was very satisfying. The apartment offers parking outside the building and a spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and met our needs throughout our stay. The room is spacious (can fit 2 big lugggages opened in a room), the bed was very comfortable, the washing machine was handy, and the smart TV provided additional entertainment. We had a wonderful time there with our family. Spiez is also a fantastic location to stay. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Switzerland! We would like to thank the owner for their thoughtfulness.

NetherlandsModern, clean, spacious apartment a short walk away from the train station, in a nice, quiet little residential street with gorgeous views on the lake & the surrounding mountains. Very well equipped, we especially liked the huge kitchen. Fantastic value for money, we'll definitely choose it again when we return to Spiez.
