The small bathroom had an awkward odor, we couldn’t make any use of it.

Location - Just perfect. If you’re carrying luggage with family, this location is literally a min from the Zermatt train station. And it’s right above the super grocery store, also there are plenty of places to eat around this one.

It’s all about the location. Opposite to zermatt station, To the right is gornegrat train station. Has a coop store & an Indian restaurant in the same complex. All amenities are provided in the apartment. Main door to apartment closes by 9pm, so don’t forget to take the keys with you if staying out late. Waste disposal nearby at the time of checking out

The property is just across the Zermatt station. At the ground floor is the Coop supermarket and Fly Zermatt office for paragliding. It is very spacious and clean. The kitchen has a ref, microwave, electric kettle, bread toaster, conduction stove and oven. Surprisingly their pantry has lots of condiments and tea selection. The have a well stocked dinnerwares and kitchen utensils. Toiletries and soap for washing machine is not included as like most other rentals though. The living area is spacious and has wide TV with Netflix and other subscriptions, has boardgames, has strong wifi and a comfy couch. Has two bathrooms (one with a tub and the other with a shower).

Good location just across to the train station and near the spot to see sunrise of Matthorn. The kitchen is suit to cook with Equipments. In the living room, part of Matthorn is in front of you because the neighbor’s building demolition .

TV was a little complicated to use, but we didn't really have much time to watch anyways. And the temperature tended to run a little warm, but we cracked a door every now and then to combat.

Location couldn't be beaten. Directly across from the train station and the Gornergrat train. Plus, a Coop, ski school and ski rental store all in the same building. And right in the middle of the town.

There wasn't great views from the windows or small patio but none were promised. Who spends a lot of time taking in the views from inside in a town like Zermatt anyway?

The location was fantastic. Originally I was looking for a 2bed 2bath apartment with great views but because we were on a 2.5week road trip wth big luggage we opted to choose this apartment. Since taxis in this tiny town typically cost 30 Swiss francs being close to the train staion so we could walk with our bags was the goal and having an elevator was imperative. Not only is this apartment directly accross the street from the train staion and has an elevator, it is also atop an indoor shopping center with a great grocery store and an amazing gastropub called Grizzly's. So at the end of the day you can leave your cold weather gear upstairs and walk on in to the pub. The apartment is fully equipped including a clothes washer and dish washer. The beds were the best I slept in during our trip across europe including stays in 6 different hotels. They save my poor aching back (I have a few herniated discs)! The water pressure in the showers was excellent. Our host sent detailed instructions on how to get in to the apartment and was quick to respond when we had questions. I give this apartment stay a solid 10/10!

The location was fantastic! Just across the train station and near the cogwheel station. There is even a COOP supermarket below. Very accessible to the places of interest, and it was a very spacious and well equipped apartment.

Everything was fantastic

You couldn’t ask for a better location in the city. It’s just steps away from the train station and dozens of restaurants and shops. The accommodations were perfect. The beds were comfortable. The place was extremely clean and had everything that any travel would need to relax.

Pillows flat. Building not adequately labelled. Poor view mainly of a rooftop. To the right there is a mountain view.

Great to be close to train and grocery store. Fully stocked apartment with kitchen gadgets. Host responds quickly and efficiently and politely.

The location is very close to the terminal station. There is Coop downstairs. Although the host is not physically present, we are able to get all the information in the nearby information centre. The apartment is clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and washing machine. It is highly recommended if you want to cook during your stay. The host is very responsive, especially when your stay is approaching, during your stay and on your check-out day. The host provided very clear instructions on how to check in the apartment. Waste needs to be disposed at the end of your stay. The disposal area again is close to the apartment and instructions are provided. All is very friendly and accessible. No worries! One thing to note is the floor mattresses. The corners are rolled up, and you may be easily tripped over. You may have to walk a bit slowly in the apartment. The mattresses are quite slippery too, but I am sure the host will fix this issue very soon.

Great location next to both railway stations, and with a supermarket downstairs, the kitchen was well equipped, it had 2 bathrooms and the apartment was also quiet inside. The owner was responsive and helpful.

Would have been good to have more keys, especially as you need keys for everything, including the ski room, and entering the building after 9 PM. Furniture and decoration could use an update

Location is superb, just opposite the train station n like the convenience of having a supermarket just below apartment. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Checking in and out is easy with the instructions given.

If there is one nitpick that would be to have a larger dresser drawer.

The location is superb. Just across the street from the train station. It provides shampoo, soap and a blower dryer. What a life saver. The kitchen is well equipped.

Cleaner anxious to get us to leave from about 8.45am even though check out time was 10am. We had a train to catch so only a minor irritation but if we had wanted to stay until 10 it would have been very annoying
