Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The concept is good, the staff was very fine, the beds are good.

AustraliaI recommend a bit more air filtering as there was quite a lot of dust flying around in my capsule. The steps to the upper level capsules are a bit hard to clamber up as they are narrow and go straight up and down. I did start to get used to it, though
A really useful set-up right at the airport for when you need to break up a long trip. Everything is clearly explained and well-organised. The shared bathrooms are large and well-appointed. A very nice breakfast / lounge area to hang out in and meet other travelers.

Difficult to find. They should explain it is out of the Transit Zone. You have to leave the airport. It would be great if the hotel explained more how to get there after leaving arrivals. Many other arriving passengers were equally disoriented once we were next to the elevator: Is it Floor 01 or Floor 1? Difficult to tell. The hotel is close to the Radisson Blue which adds to the potential confusion and the signs are not as clear. Also, I had difficulties with the code on the key. Bigger numbers would help for poorly lit corridors and difficult to read locks in the room.

United StatesTrash cans and linens were overflowing and I didn’t see anyone cleaning (granted I was in from 10 pm to 6 am). Bathrooms smelled horrible and the water smelled bad, surfaces needed to be cleaned. It was a tiny bit difficult to figure out the last step to arrive (elevator up to alpine hotel) since there seems to have been a name change and maybe some construction interference. Overall this is what I needed, although staff on site to clean would give a better impression.
Location was superb and beds were very comfortable, dark, and quieter than I thought they’d be. Snack bar looked lovely but I was too tired to investigate. Tons of good charging areas. Exactly what I needed.

United KingdomI know these are capsules but they were a single bed for two people. We topped and tailed but there was not much room at all. As well as this the app for the key would not work for 2 rooms so we were left locked out for ages at 1 in the morning which wasn’t ideal.
It was in the airport which is exactly what was needed for a stopover.

United StatesToo much noise, i did not get enough sleep because I heard people walking in the middle of the night. Had read about the same complain from most of the reviews but I had early flight to catch. Just have to plan my trip better next time so i dont need to be at the airport so early. I booked the upper bed thinking I would lessen the noise but it didnt work. Some people have no consideration eventhough its already late at night. I also did not realized how challenging it will be to climbing up and down the top bed. Book the bottom if you will. Also theres not enough ventillation esp that i stayed during the summer.
