Price was bit high as compared to facilities.

Its was nice hotel, specially staff was wonderfull & cooperative & was availbale when needed Can be improved with basic facilities such ironing, fans in summer.

1extra small wash room...not even convienent to take good shower. 2.little rude to personally come and demand check out at 10.30 or so....easily avoidable as already promised to vacate before 11 am.

Very good and convenient location.beautiful landscape and well maintained hotel ,Asthatically designed room and every thing. Nice spacious balcony and mesmerising view....interiors are soooo beautifully planned. Staff was good and cordial most of the time.

Excellent host. Very kind and helped with everything that I needed when asked. Room was very spacious ( old building but the facilities and loving host made up for it ) and hot water in the bathroom meant a relaxing shower at the end of whole day outside each day to help rejunuvate for next day . Location is amazing with only one bus to the main station that connects to all the lovely must visit places. Overall amazing experience. Would def visit again iA

The room got very hot in the night, you could open the windows and door but then the traffic was loud.

Location was good, regular buses to town and train station, town was also easily walkable. Room was clean and comfortable. Great views of Jungfrau. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is as far away from Interlaken's centre. The staff is not very kind. Old building. Many rooms that originally did not have bathrooms were equipped with small waterblocks to have private bathrooms in each room.

Interlaken is a major hub for hikers, so in that sense the place is in a great location. While it is far from the train stations, it is on the way to Wilderswil, from where you can get up to Schynige Platte if that is your destination. Also, if you are by car or bike, you are not affected by the distance from the city center. The hotel has a beautiful view of the nearby mountains.

The bathroom is very small and since the shower is only separated by a plastic curtain from the toilette and sink, it is not very comfortable.

Rooms were clean, location was good with walking distance to city centrum. Nice and quiet area. A simple place that would suffice for short stays.

Everything was good but when i was about to leave they had a dog which was open and it was barking aggressively and was about to bite me. When i complained to the receptionist guy. His reply was totally opposite to my expectations. He said if the dog wanted to bite you would not talking to me. He already would have bite you. But the problem was about the comfort of the customer.

It's a budget hotel but we payed a bit heavily maybe due to peak season rates. Bathrooms can definitely be better.

The owner was a lovely lady who personally made sure that our entire family was comfortable especially our parents.Simple continental breakfast with her personal supervision was great! She was very prompt and helpful!

Hotel also calls itself 'Basicrooms Hotel', but I think it is better than that name suggests. Sure, it isn't posh, but it has all you need. Clean, comfortable room and good breakfast. On-site parking. Free bus pass to go into the centre (half-hourly). Restaurant and bar on-site.

The location was great and has amazing view! We requested to check in early and said it wouldn’t be a problem, we arrived and our room is ready! but i think it still depends with the number of people staying. The lady was super nice and friendly. She also explained to us well on how to use the bus around and gave us some tips and recommendations.

The bed and pillow was way too soft, no support. Bathroom facilities are old and faulty, shower head was leaking water.

During my 4 nites stay, never change bed sheet and clean the room, just clear the garbage. No shampoo (a small soap only for all), no refrigerator inside the room. The toilet and shower are crowded and Jam in a tiny space. It’s a small family running the hotel. The owner lady coming into our room without making sure while the guests are still sleeping . The equipment and appliances are old. Extremely disappointed with such a room fare.
