We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandTV frequently froze and had color artifacts, probably due to ineffective size of satellite antenna. Hotel is currently being renovated so the view from the room was not great.
Free room upgrade, friendly reception, heated bathroom floor and nice food offering in restaurant and for breakfast. As Vals is a small place, the locals meet in the hotel bar for chats, games and drinks. Lively atmosphere.

All the staff members were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is lovely, there is nice variety of the dining options. The main restaurant where breakfast is hosted is a lovely space with a view of the square and and adjacent valley.

Fantastic hotel with outstanding interior design by Swiss architect Gion Caminada, great service and delicious food in the heart of Vals. Only a short walk to the most beautiful Thermal baths by Peter Zumthor, a river, a gondola to the ski resort and multiple dinning options in the village. 10 out of 10!
