just an idea for improvement (it means it's already good): at breakfast do offer local products (Valais apple juice instead of cheap industrial orange juice) and also scrambled eggs and bacon beside boiled eggs (people go there to ski and need hearty food)

The property is in front of the télécabines. This is great. The hotel has a parking that we were able to use. Really convenient. On Saturday afternoon they have a nice band playing music on the terrace. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Thank you for your hospitality!

The mattress/pillows are a bit outdated - but otherwise everything else was good.

Unbeatable location if you are a skiier. As close to a ski in/out hotel one can choose. Assuming the snow conditions are good, you can literally ski to the foot/entrance of the hotel where the ski lockers are located. The ski lockers were also warm and well organized with plenty of storage for the gear and quick/easy access to the rooms. Restaurant and the staff were amazing. Parking availability was also appreciated. Though in busy periods you may be parked in and will have to wait a while to get your car out.

I like to a microwave if possible. Also like to be able to make my own coffee in my room each morning. Parking was not made clear to us. We had to pack our car roof carrier at 4pm after skiing. We didn’t know where to park for loading the carrier at 4. Should be made clear not to park in certain spaces after check out.. You seem to have no protocol for this..

The place has everything to make for a 10/10 experience but requires some polishing. I would personally like a kettle in the room or some essential oils in the hammam. Room finishings were not perfect.

I overall had a very nice stay. The room had a beautiful view on the valley. The location right in front of the slopes is unbeatable. It has good amenities (parking, ski room, spa, decoration). The staff is very nice and the food is tasty (both buffet and a la carte).

We stayed in summer, and the room only had super hot feathers cover, impossible to sleep with them, impossible without… had to cover myself with a bath towel.

The bathroom is less practical for a family due to its size. We would have appreciated more “German-style buffet” with more warm choices for breakfast.

The village is absolutely stunning in its authenticity. Nice possibilities for hiking. Splendid views. This property is clean and the beds are excellent. The spa is huge.

We love this hotel. Their price-quality ratio for Grimentz is unbeatable for years, and that's why we always come to this hotel with a group of friends twice every winter. The rooms are nice and spacious, the staff is kind, the SPA is great and the breakfast is plentiful and yummy. Not to mention that you need 30 seconds to be at the cablecar start... Already looking forward to the winter 24/25 to be back at the Hotel Alpina :).

the location was perfect, across the street from the ski lifts and on the edge of the charming old village. the staff was very friendly. the rooms were good sized and had a balcony with a fantastic view!

We love this hotel and keep coming back every year! The staff is very very kind, the SPA is really great, the location literally in front of the gondola couldn’t be any better. The breakfast is nice too, good choice. We feel very comfortable in the hotel/room, it is clear that the team pays attention to every detail and wants to provide a great hospitality experience! We are booked in this hotel again in 2 months, and we cannot wait to be back!

The location was perfect - directly opposite the ski lifts with access to both Grimentz and Zinal slopes. All staff were brilliant - friendly, efficient and helpful. The restaurant was excellent - so good in fact that we had dinner there 3 out the 5 nights that we stayed in Grimentz. And the Spa - with sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi was a wonderfully relaxing space.
