Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomNothing could have been better. Great hotel in a traditional but car-free village, perfect for late season skiing.
If you like skiing, the location is perfect: opposite the main gondola (Alpin Express; oddly not one of booking.com's options in the "Which ski lift did you use the most?" question) and you can ski right down to the other side of the road. Good-sized bedroom (mine had a terrace overlooking the village and it was an 'ordinary' double bedroom), friendly helpful staff, very good buffet breakfast and - extremely useful - every room had a dedicated locker in the dry room in the basement for storing ski gear, with heated bars you hung your ski boots on). I didn't use the sauna or hot tub, but those facilities are there from 3pm. I'd certainly stay here again and Saas-Fee itself is an attractive car-free village, with great late-season skiing ideal for intermediates (lots of wide reds and 2000m drop as a continuous run from the glacier to the village).

Switzerland- Several things were closed including the whirlpool, finnish sauna and steam bath (i guess because the high season in winter and not summer) - Only one fixed menu is available for dinner (but there are plenty of choices nearby) - Rather simple breakfast, but not uncommon in the mountains
- Wonderful staff!, very polite, warm and helpful. They found a suitable solution for all our requests (kudos to Fred) - Very comfortable room with a magnificent view (we had a balcony) - Right next to a cable car

Location is perfect, right in front of the main lift and very close to the main city street. There is a complimentary shuttle with electric car from/ to the city parking garage, as the city is car free. The room is large and comfortable, and the staff is very nice and friendly.

SwitzerlandI am a keen gym goer, for me, they should add proper bsrbells and dumb bells (450mm plates) and a power rack.
Nice location, clean, big rooms. The ”gym” needs a bit of love and attention but at least has free weights.

SwitzerlandA little too expensive (400 per night) for the offer, reserving via booking never expect the best room in the category (higher floor, better view) but rather the opposite, so was in that case,despite booking much in advance, felt a bit disapponting to hear we should have mentioned it in the booking (we thought it is self explanatory to have nice room with nice view but maybe it is our naivity) ski heating switched off too early so shoes were still a bit wet in the morning

LatviaOverall a fabulous place. Keep in mind that it is a winter resort village, where it is forbidden to enter by car. You can park your car in front of the village for a fee. It will take 10 minutes to walk from the parking lot to the hotel.
