What an incredible stay. The owners are very communicative before and during the stay. The location is near the train station at the beginning of the town. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We had a perfect view of the mountains from our balcony in our room. I highly recommend staying here.

Exactly as expected, nothing that I did not like.

One of the best places I have ever stayed at. Murren was a wonderful place to get away from the day-to-day stresses and was a perfect base for hiking in the beautiful Swiss mountains. I had a situation with my luggage not arriving with me and Jeannette went above and beyond to assist with getting reconnected with the luggage when it arrived. Enjoyed my stay in Murren and especially at the Hotel Alpenblick.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one half bathroom and one full bathroom with a tub and a living room/kitchen. The hotel served a consistent traditional breakfast. We haven't tried the restaurant though. The hotel is located next to the BLM tracks and two minutes from the train station on foot which is very convenient. The owners and the staff are very nice and warm people. The view from the large balcony is absolutely breathtaking.

Location is great. The hostess is really nice and gives very helpful information. Our room is amazing: everything is new and beautiful, and the view is spectacular! Breakfast is very good. We loved the hotel and the restaurant.

The train tracks are close to the front of the building. The screeching noise can be a bit much, but the men that work on the trains oil the tracks, so it will stop. Trains stop early, so no problem sleeping. Most of the day, you are outside, which is not an issue.

The host was very accommodating and friendly. The room was beautiful and a bonus balcony to watch the sunrise and moon over the mountains. Close to train, a 2 minute walk.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel Alpenblick. Incredible location with the most stunning views. Very welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. Thank you Jeanette, Thomas, and team! There was no coffee maker or a tea pot in the rooms.

We prefer hot breakfast but their cold breakfast was not bad. There was hot tea and coffee and home made jams were super delicious.

Not a dislike, just and FYI - there was no elevator and the top floor is 3 levels up, so you do need to carry your bags up and down. This was no issue for us, but for anyone less physically able, it’s good to know.

Jeannette went above and beyond for her guests. She was extremely responsive, helpful and up for a chat. She remembered everything and checked in on how our day was after we told her our plans for the day. I have never received such great customer service. The hotel was so clean and well kept. The breakfast while simple, was in ample and delicious. The views from the hotel are unbelievable. You aren’t in the very centre of the tiny town so you don’t hear anything! The heaters in the rooms work exceptionally well and the recently updated bathroom was amazing. So spacious, and again clean. It is definitely worth the stay!

Hospitality is top notch! We stayed in the family room which has its own mini room for the kids. Room was super comfortable, modern and the balcony has the best views of the Eiger, Jungfrau and Monch. Also ate the best and tastiest meal we’ve had at the hotel restaurant during our week-long stay in Switzerland. Wish we could have stayed longer! The warmth and hospitality felt like you are visiting family, who is genuinely happy to welcome you and assist with every need. Location is super convenient as well as it is walking distance from the train station (2 minute walk).
