Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

What a pleasant surprise! We didn't expect our stay to go so well. The staff is super friendly, everything is clean, food is tasty. The location is amazing, right on the slope so it's a joy to finish your day by skiing into the door.

Switzerlandprice-quality ratio. I find it’s expensive for the room (hostel style) without toilet and shower, very loud for sleeping, you hear every noise from the floor and from neighbouring rooms. I couldn’t sleep, someone was going to toilets in the night, baby crying every hour, kids talking. You should take ear plugs if you want to have reposing night.
Amazing location with direct access to trails, not so far from the heart of the village(5 min by car). Source of mountain water. Authentic place Stylish restaurant and terrace with nice food

Great location if you plan to snowboard or ski, nice rooms and restaurant. Food in the restaurant is amazing.

Switzerlandbeds are firm. We couldn't use the snowscooter on our return (only available before 9am and after 5pm), whereas our daughter was ill. this is something the hotel can't help, but something to take into account.
the restaurants and staff were amazing, we will definitely come back. The location is unique, especially breakfast in the sun with our family was precious. The rooms are basic and beds are firm, but it made up for all the rest

AustraliaThe hotel is quite inaccessible, especially with luggage. Coordinating snoemobile pick up was challenging at time with the language barrier. Having to pay per person each ride seemed a bit much. The room was not advertised clearly as 'shared bathroom' facilities. Although facilities were very very clean. We had no idea this was going to be shared. Other listings on booking.com do specify ib the titles as 'shared bathrrom'. So given the above the price per night was high
The staff and service was amazing. Best in our entire switzerland trip. They really went above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Location views were magical. Freshly baked goods in house for breakfast

Switzerlandif the hotel staff could produce snow (instead of delicious cakes), they would have produced it for us. But hey, not their fault there was not enough snow
The hotel is located just next to the ski slope (the slope was closed due to the lack of snow, but the hotel was still an easy reach). The staff was friendly and you felt like a valued guest. The whole place makes you feel like being in a small mountain hut, but with all the amenities of a good hotel. Food was excellent, view and location anyways

SwitzerlandAs mentioned by the other reviews, this hostel has thin walls, so a calmer and quieter music at the restaurant should be chosen so that it doesn't come to the rooms. Also the mattress is hard as wood... But yes, it might be the price to pay to get such charming spot in the Alps

SwitzerlandService was miserable. We were not made to feel welcome at all. Staff lacked passion. Go for dinner to experience the lovely location but do not stay over. Even then be careful with pushy sales to make you spend more.
Breakfast was of quality ingredients. Location is picture perfect.
