The entry pathway to the hotel is a little odd and hidden.

The location of the room was great - on the 1st floor, with a view and access out to a garden. And if you walk out a little into the hall, you can see the Matterhorn peek out. Overall comfortable stay, with convenient luggage storage if you're leaving later than the checkout time. Breakfast is good too.

They wouldn’t serve food past 10pm which I find odd given cost and hotel rating. We had to go outwith and ended up having a lovely meal at Grampis! I expected breakfast to be better. A bigger selection of hot food would have been appreciated, again surprising given cost/hotel rating.

Upon reflection, I can think of nothing I dislike. The location and management of the hotel make it an excellent choice for a successful family base camp for hiking.

The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful views of the mountains. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. They accommodate a triple which was helpful. The location is great...very close to the station but a short walk from the center of town so it was quiet. The pool was great and the spa area was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again.

There was a little bit of mould on the bathroom ceiling and a sewage kind of smell wafted up the sink while the water was running.

The pool is amazing the rooftop spa too. You get amazing views of the Matterhorn from the balcony.

This hotel is NEXT LEVEL. The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The pool and hot tub were incredible!!! The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The lounge/bar area is gorgeous! Close to train station. Can’t say a bad thing about the place. Cherished every second!!!! This is the place to stay.

The water at the spa pool was colder than it should be in spa pools. The room didn’t have air conditioning and it was quite hot at the room, especially during the nights. It was not possible to keep the windows open at night.

It’s a beautiful hotel with good location, nice spa restaurant. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were beautifully decorated and specious.

The reality of this hotel far exceeds expectations based on its website. It is set on beautiful grounds, rooms are exceptionally well-appointed, and -- above all -- the indoor pool and spa space are extremely luxurious, far exceeding the impression we got from the hotel website. What we expected to be a comfortable stay with reasonable amenities became an experience and destination of its own.

The buffer breakfast was poor. The selection wasn’t good and the hot food didn’t look inviting.

Fantastic panoramic views to the Matterhorn. Lovely big room, comfortable bed and shower. Great location on the quiet edge of the town and just a short walk from the station. Or use the complimentary shuttle. Short walk to the town centre with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. Lovely atmosphere, busy with tourists, and traditional Swiss architecture. Lots of walking options and gondolas to take you up onto the stunning mountains.
