I liked being able to stay in a hotel over 300 years old that still retains historic charm and ambience but is comfortable with a modern facilities. The staff were all very hospitable and the continental breakfast was generous and varied. The hotel is also conveniently located in the historic town square and a 5 minute walk from the railway station, for a Bernina Express stopover in picturesque Poschiavo.

Hotel organises quite a few events meaning that the whole first floor can be be full with 50+ people eating (the restaurant is downstairs). Not the end of the world and we could not hear anything once the bedroom door was shut.

Great location in very picturesque village. Room was comfortable with antique bed and furniture. Guest card gives free train, bus and museum entrance. Really good bonus!

Couldn't say I didn't not like anything. It was all great.

The Hotel Albrici is steeped in history at every turn, and the owners are proud of the history. The main hotel has a couple of rooms where the original flooring, panelling etc has been maintained. The ceilings are fantastic. When busy, the hotel has other rooms just down the street. These are still in a historic building. The rooms are very comfortable. And everything is central.

A larger waste bin would be handy.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location was ideal in the town centre and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The meals in the evening could have been better, also the choice of wine wasn't memorable.

Kitchenette was not really functional but the little fridge and a kettle were helpful, the breakfast was sufficient (short walk to the main hotel).

We stayed in the annexe, which suited us well being conveniently located, yet outside the busy area (although Poschiavo is a quiet place). Not characterful like the main hotel but self-contained, spacious, and easy to come and go. Comfortable bed, well-sized shower room. Friendly welcome.

We firstly received a room in a different building which did not have just a historic spirit we expected from pics on booking. We changed the room and paid a bit more, but we could stay in the main building which had a more of historic feeling in the room.

We liked staying in this hotel which is just in the center. Location is just great and the building is also impressive. One could visit various rooms in the hotel. When one asks, one can get a glutenfree bread, which is great. Staff is also very friendly and nice.

Ok, alittle bit more expensive, since i dont really need alot of facilities. Great that they provided guests who stayed 2 nights minimum with free train/bus pass up to Ospizio Bernina. I did not use the swimming pool... i dont know if i am entitled to use it, since i was with the other modern building (the Dependence room). A little inconvenient, as the reception is in the other building, ok like 1-2 mins walk to next block of building. I think the mattress is not really firm enough for my liking. But all is good.

I accidentally booked the "Modern" building, so i got lift, no need to climb the stairs. Breakfast is great. Room has everything provided, from bedroom slippers to shower gel. I think no toothbrush, but i have my own.

The double bed is just two twin beds pushed together, which is not unusual but should be noted. We came by train so I'm not sure where you would park if you came by car.

Very charming! Both the hotel and the dependence are beautifully-restored historic buildings in the center of the village. We stayed in the dependance, which is around the corner (next to the Hotel Suisse). The room was large and impeccably clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was and modern. There are common spaces on the second and third floor, which would come in handy for an extended stay (sort of like a lobby area). Breakfast was wonderful! We also had dinner in the hotel which was very good.
