Everything was ok.

Very nicely situated, with a good bed and if the windows are closed there is almost no street noise (room was on the 2nd floor). The use of the code to enter the building and room made my stay very agreeable and straightforward.

It is an apartment and hence no room service like a regular hotel. Very small elevator.

We are a family of 3 adults who stayed during 2nd week of Aug 2025 at Apartment No. 7 which was very spacious, air conditioned, with 2 single beds + 1 double bed, 2 wardrobes, a kitchenette with essentials like plates, cups, cutlery and cooking utensils. The bath and toilet was spacious too. Excellent hot and cold water pressure. As it was extremely hot during the day and was wonderful to have air conditioning. As our apartment faced the inner courtyard so we didn’t hear any street noises. Location of Akomo is very near to the central station for trains, trams and buses. Huge Coop Supermarket is next door and so are many restaurants & cafes. Mr Aamer is an excellent host who gave us clear instructions for check-in and always prompt in communicating with us. He was kind and accommodating in storing our luggage in his office on the day of our check-out. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to Akomo again.

Spacious room, good AC, excellent bathroom (but floor of shower VERY slippery when wet). Host very welcoming and allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out.

We especially loved the location of Akomo Bern - it's very close to the train station and is in the west edge of the old town, which made for very convenient walks around town and to/from lovely restaurants, cafes and other sites. Self check-in was also very convenient, and the room was comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to have a home away from home.

If someone had a lot of luggage, the small elevator might prove challenging. For us this was no problem.

This room if more like an apartment than hotel and it was terrific; easy to access, great location, very spacious, comfortable beds/pillows, and an air conditioner that properly cooled the room. Staff was prompt to respond to online correspondence as well. Highly recommended!

There is a simple kitchen, dining table and chairs and comfortable sofa. It makes us feel like we have a home in Switzerland, where we can relax and cook our favorite food. You can contact the B&B management directly through WhatsApp, and the replies are very fast. During the 10-day trip to Switzerland, we left for Zermatt and returned for 3 days. The B&B helped us store our luggage for free, and we could also store our luggage for free after checking out on the last day. This kind of service is very rare in Switzerland.

Minor issue the aircon is not that powerful so the room will take some time to cool down but appreciate that there is one.

Room is very clean and the beds are sufficiently firm and comfortable. Very good location a few minutes walk away from the Bern train station. Close to Coop and Migros supermarkets and restaurants. Spacious room with beds for 4 people. The cutlery and cooking utensils are very clean and sufficient to cook a nice dinner meal. There is a small lift to take your luggage upstairs.

The elevator was very small and it would require a few trips to transport people and luggage in a group up to the rooms.

The rooms were located very close to the attractions of old Bern. Many restaurants and shops were on the same street. The rooms were very spacious with air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and professional.
