The public transportation is ok, but still not the most recommendable accommodation place for backpackers without a car, considering other options in Lugano area.

The room really lacked air conditioning. It felt very stuffy and hot inside, and even though it was windy outside on the night, it didn’t cool the room down at all. Everything was very audible – we could clearly hear the noisy neighbors walking around loudly at night. The parking wasn’t very private, but kinda close.

Nice mountains view, perfect location, not so far from the most beautiful Lugano lake by bus or car. We came back on foot and it took us an ~hour. We liked the balcony with mountains view.

There was no AC and it was 35 degrees outside with a tiny ceiling fan in the room.

The location was idle from Lugano downtown. It was just 12 mins drive., Also, you get a parking pass with each booking.

The walls were very thin and you can hear the neighbours talk. There was a dog in one room that kept barking. The windows have sheer curtains that light up the room as the sun rises. The common shower room and bathroom is directly visible from the street so not much privacy.

The location was great. The room was clean and the amentinities provided were good.

We were supposed to have a parking pass in our room apon arrival, it was not there and when I brought it up. Again commutation via messenger. I was told it is in our room but it was not. The next morning I received a ticket for not having the voucher. I was accused of lying and the staff not. They finally said they would get the ticket taken care of but have yet to see proof of such. Nice place but staff could be rude.

Excellent location. The hotel is located between Lugano and Morcote. It takes no more than 20 minutes to get to one or another town by bus. At the hotel you can get a free pass for all modes of transport (including the ferry) to move around the region. You can also get a ticket with discounts for visiting local museums. There is an Italian restaurant next to the hotel, but we didn't really like it.

I was lucky to spend a night in 7ROOMS. My bus from Lugano have not arrived at all, and I needed to find a place to stay at 2 am... It was easy to check in on my own, the room was clean, and had everything that you need for a short stay. The staff lady was nice and could provide me with all information I needed.
