    “Wow, what an experience! We were especially touched with the thoughtfulness throughout our stay. On check-in, we were oriented to the room where they had three little memorabilia of the hotel (a little day bag, a pouch and a note pad) that we were welcome to take home. On check-out, we had a small gift bag as well! The hotel understands their guests. Given most are there for hikes, the room was also equipped with a day hiking bag for use. We had our dog with us and I think he enjoyed his treats the most. The ‘dog package’ came with a very high quality dog mat, a dog bowl and a towel to clean his paws. Now that’s thoughtful! Breakfast spread was superb. And the staff - just delightful! I’m looking forward to my next stay!”

    “Rebecca at the reception gave us a warm welcome, she was very helpful and kind. The hotel was in an excellent location overlooking the fascinating Silvaplana lake. There are fabulous restaurants just around the corner offering breakfast as well as dinner.”

    “Beautiful Alpine Lodge, you know you’re in a beautiful lodge when you can still smell the wood. The most friendly accommodating staff thats were so genuine and happy to be working at this lodge. You can tell that they really have a lot of pride and happiness working here. Restaurant, service and the food was exceptional! Spa was perfect, not over the top but the simplicity makes it calming. Room was calm and welcoming. A couple of welcome gifts on the bed were a lovely touch. The use of a small pack to use whilst out and about hiking in our room was very convenient and useful.”
