Rooms could have been better with attached toilet, not sure how this can be improved. Shared bathroom is still okay. Rest everything was good.

Room was small but good for 1 person stay. Location is very good as it is around 300 meters walkable from Metro - Chinatown stadium. Breakfast option was not available. Would be great even if they serve Bread, butter and Milk for breakfast, along with the coffee which they already have complimentary.

The shared bathroom room have access to only 1 toilet on the floor, luckily I never had to wait to use it but felt that could easily be an issue.

The rooms were good sized, modern & clean with lots of amenities. Pretty central location, felt safe. Front desk were very helpful!

A little small for two people with luggage to navigate around each other. Bed very close to windows on one side making it difficult to get in.

It was clean and comfortable but a little small. Near the stadium with an awesome Italian Frankies just down the street. Staff were so helpful and organised our taxi for a very early start the next morning.

Comfortable property with reasonable prices. Reallt nice communal rooftop area Multiple Kitchens and laundrys Central area although a confronting amount of homelessness/drug use closeby (that seems to be most of vancouver though)

All clean. Nice staff. Had the single room with shared bathroom. There is 1 bathroom per level, but not many rooms per level. I didn't need to wait when going to the shower neither to toilets! There is also a lavabo in the room. Based in city center downtown, lot of restaurants, shops and bars around.

Very good situation in Vancouver downtown. Our room had a shared bathroom with another room, but it was good and no problem. Very kind all the reception staff we met. Closer to Gastown by walking.

One washroom/toilet per floor is a little tight. I was hoping for at least a couple of toilets: waiting for someone to finish a shower, when in need of relief, can feel like an eternity.

It's convenient, clean, tidy, and in a very convenient location downtown right next to the stadium. The staff were helpful and kind throughout. While I need to adjust my expectations, I would return.

The room was a bit small, but it was a budget option so that’s understandable.

The YWCA Hotel was in a great location within walking distance of most of the attractions in Downtown Vancouver, and close to public transit. It was very safe, clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and there was free coffee in the morning which was a nice extra. The room had good amenities (fridge, sink) and a good view of the city. The rooftop patio was also really nice.

The service, transportation, and location are all excellent, but unfortunately, the room’s sound insulation is very poor.

Coffee & tea were only available in the mornings, and there were no coffee makers or water kettles in either the rooms or kitchens. I was also charged a different price than what I was quoted on Booking.com. I told the person at check in that she was charging me a different price, however she said it probably had to do with the conversion rate. This doesn't make sense because the charges on the bill were written in Canadian dollars so no currency was being converted. Sometimes the shared bathroom was a bit messy, but that's not the fault of the housekeeping, just the other guests.

The location was much better than I expected, in that it was close to the waterfront, supermarkets, downtown, and public transit. I really enjoyed my nightly walks along the Coastal Trail. The rooftop deck was really nice too. The shared bathrooms were surprisingly usually available.

For the grade of property which is fairly basic - The price seems very inflated compared to other cities.
