As you point out, we are conveniently located with quick access to Hwy #417, across from Tanger Outlets Ottawa, Cabela’s - close to Kanata Entertainment Centrum shopping and dining, and the Canadian Tire Centre - home of the Ottawa Senators hockey club. We understand your disappointment that our hot tub unexpectedly required service and was subsequently temporarily closed within the last week. Such mechanical issues are often unforeseen and we are awaiting parts. We regret any impact that this had on your overall experience. We hope that you enjoyed our other facilities such as our indoor pool and 24-hr Life Fitness® gym.
