The name is actually OYO Bethel Hotel. I arrived at 3:45 pm and the room was not ready. It looks more like a motel. The top of the table was damaged and the two chairs had stains on them. The coffee machine did not work.

The bed was comfortable and there is a tub, a fridge and a microwave. There is a food store and a liquor store nearby. I was in room 101.

There were no handicap facilities, but one of our rooms we booked needed a flat surface to enter the room, but there was quite a step up. All 3 rooms should have been flat surfaces to enter the room, but it was only one night do we didn't ask for a different room.. They managed. Also, one bathroom around the toilet could have been cleaner. I booked 3 rooms and the other two were very clean. The room we had had no kitchen utensils and 2 cups for 3 people. One chair to sit on. There is no place to set out suitcases but on the floor. Had one kurig pod but a drip coffee pot.

The hotel was close to the fort. Had to go to McDonald's as they had no coffee. .beds were comfortable and clean . There was a benches outside to enjoy the morning sun. Very reasonable cost for night stay.

Minor things like a noisy heater, soon fixed by turning down the thermostat. The switch on the bedside light was faulty, but with patience could be made to work. It was slightly inconvenient having to ring the bell to get access to the office, and there was no wi-fi - or if there was the password was not available.

This was a step back in time, but for the price this was quite acceptable. The room was clean, the bed was fine and the bathroom was good, with loads of hot water in an very effective shower. It was nice to be shown to our room by the manager.

The name of the “hotel” is misleading. It a motel not a hotel. The pictures make the room look newer and more modern.

The building is extremely run down, probably the most run down motel I've ever stayed at.

Very basic accommodation, what I expected for the price. Bed was clean, host was nice.

The walls and curtains looked like they had pop or beer sprayed on them. The windows wouldn't open and the room was hot--I needed a breeze. Although there were multiple wires and cables hanging all over the place near the tv, the tv didn't work! There was no way to tie back the curtains to let in some sunlight. The step into the motel was VERY high. I have mobility issues and it was very difficult for me to get in and out of the room.

The location was super--that's why I chose this particular motel. The front desk lady was sweet! The bed linens and towels were very clean. The bed was comfortable.

We arrived in a cold snap pipes were frozen , also broken bed and full trash can in the kitchen etc. The owner refused a refund, but front desk did find a better room a few rooms over. Heat couldn't keep up and jackets had to be work at night. But we made it till the end of our hockey tournament.

The photos on the website don’t really reflect the reality. It’s a bit shabby and there was a hole in the wall of the bedroom where a light should have been!

The host was friendly and helpful and it is close to restaurants.

It was a tired looking town and it's not so much the property I didn't like but the town needs a boost.

We did not require breakfast from the Hotel. The staff were very helpful about the property. Being new to the area they did very well answering all my questions.
