Only sink was in the bathroom. It would have been great to have one in the communal hallway, but not a major issue.

My only comment is we would have liked more chairs on the patio, and maybe a table. It was so lovely sitting out there, but with a group of four, we had to take the chairs in our room outside. But perfect for just a couple.

The view is spectacular. It was comfortable and exactly what we were looking for in a one night stay on our way to Whistler. The bed was amazingly comfortable. And we loved the outside patio. It was a great option for 2 couples as there were two bedrooms.

extremely steep driveway and tight parking. extremely steep (even dangerous) exterior stairway down to room; interior was clean but "battered" - needs some patching and paint.

In the description of property it says they have a hot water kettle, but there’s no cups, no coffee or tea.

This is an airbnb style, not a condo/inn. Towels were stiff, no coffee maker.

Host is very responsive, nice view from the bedroom and porch, I would have liked to enjoy a coffee there in the morning but we were catching the ferry early.

Super steep walkway down to unit. There is no real common area in unit. Limited seating. Terrible parking! The parking was neither private nor secure. It was on street parking.

Pictures presented online did not match the actual apartment. Rather spartan accommodations besides the really comfortable beds. No lights on the patio.

As it mentioned on the website air conditioning unit we had to request for. Iron was missing Lightning was not enough in the rooms in the dark time The patio was very pretty but not cleaned properly

It was not clean (alot of hair on the floor and in the bathroom, dust on the floor, dirty fridge). It isn't a hotelroom; it's downstair in a "normal" house.

The seaview is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable in big rooms. Easy check-in.

Not a dislike, but just want to echo other reviews that the driveway is steep, so highly recommend using the street parking.

The host was great, very kind, responsive, and hospitable :) Very clean and comfortable beds. My friends and I felt very welcomed at his place. Also the sunrise & sunset views were beautiful! We would happily come back if we had to stay somewhere close to Horseshoe Bay

Entrance was not easily accessible, no lighting on the outside pathway, poor lighting inside, towels and facecloths should not be left for guests. The place needs a very good cleaning and wrong address given.

The view would have been nice if the windows had of been cleaned to see it properly.

The address we were given was not correct so it took us ages to find the location. The rooms we were given/ and therefore the view does not match the photos on the listing. The property and garden could do with a refurbishment before being available for stays. Note- it is not an Inn, but the downstairs flat of someone’s house.

Very dirty, like nothing gets vacuumed or cleaned, even the towels were gross and dirty with brown marks from whomever used them before us arriving. All around the bottom of the bed frame was food debri and dust, really disgusting place to stay. We didn't even want to sleep in the bed, for fear the sheets and bedding don't get cleaned, but it was late and we had no choice, so we slept on top the bedding instead.

The property was clean and spacious. Beautiful Chinese furniture. Stunning views and lovely garden to sit in with the evening sun. 20min walk for the beach.

Awesome view and beautiful location. Very quite and a great host. Good communication. Big potential. Would come back for few nights. Also 2 very comfy beds, we slept very very well.

Getting suitcases down to the room was hard. The rooms are VERY basic and very tired. There are no real facilities to cook anything, just a microwave...the kettle leaked. Poor lighting. Quite dirty and dusty. The bedding wasn't great and the pillows were very thin. Plug didn't work in the bath. We have stayed in many Air BnB type properties...this was the worst one unfortunately. With some effort it could be a nice place but as it's up for sale, they have let it go downhill a lot.

The address does not exist and it is not an Inn but rooms in the property owners basement. The actual address is 350. We only found it as a neighbour came out to help us. Drive is so steep our rental car struggled to back up it as no space to turn round. The photos on the sight are not representative of the property except for the view. The outside and inside need attention. The property is also for sale. Never saw the owners. Decided it wasn’t for us so left.

When we got there we decided not to stay.

About 35 stairs to get to lower yard entry way, narrow crooked outdoor steps from street. 45 degree driveway with house owner's car in the way. Very scary to drive down. Owner's car blocking easy access to the designated spot by their home garage. Only 2 small towels for two people, no other wash clothes or hand towels. King size mattress very hard. Street parking was not available, other people had parked in the spots. No restaurants nearby. No tea or coffee in room.

Queen size mattress comfortable. Nice view of the ocean.. Private sitting deck outside. Dishes for 4, toaster, fridge, microwave. Owner texted for communication.
