We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe associated Pacini restaurant was chaotic and very slow. When it arrived the food was good, but we gave up waiting to order breakfast, and found a nice bakery elsewhere
The hotel is clean, comfortable and good value. It's a practical stopover if you are travelling up the Saguenay Fjord or exploring the Lac Saint-Jean region.

CanadaDirections.... didn't realize until later than you could enter the hotel from the 'back' via the Cinema entrance instead of walking abound the block to the parking lot and coming in at the front entrance
The toasted bread!! The back part of the restaurant with booths in the same area as the toasted bread. The main restaurant seemed crowded. The back seemed quieter and more relaxed.

United StatesBreakfast service was quite slow. Of course the hotel was pretty booked and there were many guests, but it still seemed to take a long time to get our food.
The hotel is very convenient for anything you want to do in Alma. Also, the woman at the front desk was very helpful - I had cut myself while bike-riding and she got me some bandaids from the hotel first aid kit.

CanadaWhen greeted and handed my room key, the lady was quite pleasant. However, she did not explain how the room key operated and that you needed to use the room key to access the elevator to take you to your floor. The room key constantly kept getting demagnetized and I had to go down 3-4 times to get it reactivated. The first morning when I left my room I placed the "make-up room sign" for housekeeping to do, and when I returned it was not done, nor were my towels taken. Luckily, I was alone on this trip and not with anyone else and I benefitted from using the second bed. Lastly, The first time I stayed at this hotel I had reserved a room and was given a specific room (507) which, was above and beyond what I expected. This time I had requested the same room and was sent a reply that my request was met. When I arrived and saw the room I was given, in the end, my request was not met.
The location of the hotel, for me, was ideally situated. The rooms were clean, and enough toiletries, and towels for my stay. The Pacini restaurant attached to the hotel had a great menu and was very convenient, where I did not have to go out on my first night, on account that it was raining hard.
