The pool is small and cold according to my 8 year old son. The pillow, it feels like its worn out of cotton inside. The kitchen staff not wearing hairnet.We found hair on the patty sausage. Use of disposable dishes but i understand that its their way of reducing staff. Room not soundproof, you can hear the airplane sounds, so if you are a light sleeper it can bother you, but my son loves airplane so its a bonus that we've given a room with an airport view. The design of toiletries bottle, its hard to squeeze, my 8 year old son had hard time squeezing it lol!

I like the room, it is big for family of 3.I like the design, it is minimalist style, neat, clean and smells fresh. I like how the staff was accomodating, the front desk staff (i forgot his name, male, friday night) is very friendly and accomodate our request. It has good selection of breakfast, even during heavy traffic breakfast, the food never run out. The bed was so comfy and we sleep well. I like the 24/7 complimentary beverages. Overall its great hotel for short stay,it's clean and modern.

The noise coming from the airport, not too much noise, but the airport could be too close to the airport for the light sleepers.

I had a very good stay for just 3 days, for a business trip. The hotel is so close to the airport and it's very easy to move by car all around. Staff is great, also breakfast, rooms are clean and parking is great. Lots of places very close by where you can eat.

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was decent, I wish there had been more variety in the options. On one occasion, the omelette station seemed to be mixed up—I picked up what was labeled as an egg and cheese veggie omelette, but it actually contained meat. This could be an issue for guests with dietary restrictions, so a bit more care in food labeling and preparation would be appreciated. Other than that, our stay was great, and I would recommend this hotel, especially for its convenience and comfort.

We stayed 4 nights at Tru by Hilton Toronto West Airport and overall had a really good experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly with our stay.

You could hear the planes but we still had a restful sleep.

There were so many things for the kids to do. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen for free at a hotel.

Breakfast could be improved upon - not only could it be a bit more tasty, but I was really concerned about the environmental impact of all the single use items used - every plate, ketchup packet, fork, cup etc. was ending up in the trash, when reusable items could be used.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful - they radiate genuine kindness. I was grateful after a long flight to be treated with such courtesy and helpfulness.

Clean, modern, comfortable rooms, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and great amenities especially for families! Our second stay and we will be back again.

The breakfast was cleared by 9:30 and nothing left to eat but we were told it would be open until 10am so all 3 of us missed out on the free breakfast which is one reason we chose this hotel, to save money. Also, the regular coffee was so strong it tasted like dark roast. Threw it out. No fan in the bathroom so the mirror was fogging up after showering. Hot water only achieved when faucet was on full hot setting.

It was a clean building. Room was nice.
