Our room was very dark, and we were not provided with a balcony, although staff did their best to try to accommodate us . So, we had no view or ability to step outside . No hot water in bathroom sink. Hot tubs did not have jets and entire pool area was kind of tired looking. Needing a revamp for sure.

Although the furnishings were dated, I’ve never seen a hotel from this era, so clean and pristine! Impressive really. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. Location was great.

Got put in end room facing side zero room on deck outside room yet many open rooms during down season , As well eating services zero during Monday or Tuesday so driving into town to eat was a surprise.As well they need to update hotel for prices they are asking as upgrades after so long regardless of any property.

Location in Kimberley was very quiet and they had a nice pool and hot tub .Staff were very friendly and helpful

The bbqs were disgusting, a health hazard in my opinion and should not be used. The wifi was very weak, if someone wanted or needed decent wifi, I would stay somewhere else.

Ceiling leaked in one of the bedrooms, toilet lever chain disconnected in Studio suite along with a very slow draining sink. Beginning to show its age. Needs some renovations and upgrading

Beautiful location, nice and quiet, gorgeous log beams in the foyer. Room was spacious and well equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to make and enjoy a meal. Including a coffeemaker and generous supplies of coffee.

Lack of kitchen utensils and no scourer to clean frypan. No al foil or baking paper in unit so we were unable to use oven. Bit of noise from upstairs first thing in morning.

Lovely location just steps from the ski lift with lockers provided. Bus to town stops right outside and runs regularly.

Not the cleanest place. There were dried pasta bits outside our hotel room door. The hotel skimped on dishwasher cubes, we only had two cubes for a four day stay.

The location was great. Right at the base of the mountain. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Place was clean. There was a kitchen and a living room with the unit we stayed in and a king size bed. Hot tub was nice after a day on the slopes. Parking lot for F350 had plenty of parking and it was free.

We couldn't regulate the temperature in the room. It was super hot even though the outside temp was -5-10. A/C worked for about 2 hours then shut off and wouldn't work again. It was a bit pricey, but considering we were on the hill in peak tourist season, I guess it was appropriate.

Location was excellent. Getting to and from the facility was also convenient. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean.

There were so disruptive guests who were yelling at all hours of the night and hotel staff did not seem to do anything about it. Pool closes too early.

The double suite is perfect for two couples travelling together. Have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. We really appreciated the separate bathrooms and the living area/kitchenette.

Overall finishes could use an update, tv quite small, really hated the sink/ vanity outside the bathroom and right next to the bed without a door. Loved that it was pet friendly but was charged $46 pet fee which is very, very high in comparison to what we usually pay elsewhere.

The biggest disappointment was that they did not serve breakfast in the morning. That being said, we ended up having breakfast at a great place in town.

Elevator was a bit scary so we used the stairs.lol. There was not enough supplies in the room like shampoo , coffee filters etc. The pool closes too early and hot tub.. Snack bar also closed at 1030 and said open till staff leaves at 11 but no. Balcony was tiny which I did not like at all. Pool was not clean. Plus we asked to upgrade and they said all full which it wasn't.

Dining was fantastic ..location was great ...Most of the staff was good. One was a bit cranky which I felt uncomfortable with and felt like I had to tip toe around her. View was fantastic and lots of places to walk the dog. Also loved the interior of hotel and the deer that visited.
