Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. CanadaRoom cleaning was only done upon request, which could be clearer. The furniture was quite worn out and could use some maintenance, especially the desk and chairs. Breakfast was good, but offering a bit more variety would make it even better, especially for guests with dietary restrictions.
The location of the hotel was very good, there was space for parking, and the reception staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning, fridge, and microwave worked well. The bathroom was clean and sufficient.

CanadaThe rooms weren't as clean as they should have been, there was food left in the fridge. The housekeeping staff were rude, not consistent about their carts in the hallway while talking with each other and guests are trying to pass by. The breakfast bar was slacking on the quality of food.
The front desk staff were helpful and smiled. The maintenance guy was very kind and helpful, he got us moved into a new room where the TV was working.

CanadaThe first room looked like it hadn't been used in awhile - very dated. The cable TV didn't work and there was a problem with no insulation around the air conditioning unit. When I complained about both things, they easily transferred us to a better room. The 2nd room was bigger with 2 queen sized beds but the hair dryer didn't work and the top of shower stall was very worn and flaking away from the wall.
The location was perfect. Front desk was good. Bed was comfortable & room was clean.

CanadaNo smart tv, bed was old and very uncomfortable, room was not very clean on arrival, for. A place to stay for a weekend It was good enough, could have been better, cleaner, newer appliances.
Convenient location, lots of food options near, coffee and snacks, groceriesm etc. Close to the freeway and easy to get around the city from here. Not a great building, but you get what you pay for while travelling around. No coffee supplies in room, was easier to just walk to Starbucks then wait for help at the desk to get creamer or sugar. Staff was helpful and friendly when needed.

CanadaIt is very run down, the beds are old and some broken, the rooms were not very clean ( hair in my shower not mine, and dirty sheets). Due to the price had a lot of guests who did not respect their environment and cigarette buds everywhere.

CanadaIt was old and tired. Rooms had not been updated since the 80’s. Air conditioner in room was noisy. Very noisy. Toiletries were bare minimum to say the least. Enough for one shower. Bedding was not adequate as the sheets and pillows were worn.

CanadaLow ceilings, older building, needs upgrades. Unfortunately we were woken up by a fire alarm. No one ever explained anything or offered compensation...we went for a relaxing night and had to leave the hotel running. I did ask for comp and got a little discount. Also the pool doesnt work.
