Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CanadaThe hallway badly needed to be changed with large ridges in it causing a tripping Hazzard. The faux leather couch in our room was old it looked like someone had taken it out of a dumpster. It was seriously awful. The air conditioner barely worked and was full of dust.. Their grab and go breakfast was minimalist

CanadaThe entire property needs an upgrade. Everything is worn out. There’s no elevator carpet on the stairs are dirty and worn out dated. In the room, the wallpaper was ripped and peeling. When I went to turn on the faucet, it was so hard to pull out the handle to turn the water on that I lifted the sink out of the counter. I always forget to take pictures of this stuff.
It was convenient. The bed was comfortable. The staff member that greeted me was nice and efficient.

CanadaHallways were old and uninviting. Carpets were worn and look like they haven't been replaced since it opened. No one available at front desk when it was checkout time. Went up to front desk twice and even called front desk from room with no answer.

CanadaThere was no tea/coffee in the room. They were located in the lobby and removed at 9:00pm. Staff were not courteous, but abrupt. The AC in the room was noisy. The breakfast was not healthy and loaded with sugar stocked in a fridge in the lobby in paper bags.

CanadaOur room was on the main floor and near two exits. People were smoking marijuana and cigarettes near the one exit and the smoke and smell was coming through our air conditioning vent. The leather sofa was uncomfortable to sit on and the material is peeling and it was all over our clothes, feet and shoes, it was disgusting to say the least. In the app there was an option for a room of a king bed and a pullout couch and there wasn’t a pullout couch. I asked for a cot and they wanted to charge me for it because the couch was too gross to sleep on. I wish I would have taken pictures of the couch. I booked a room at the same hotel a couple of years ago with a king bed and it was a beautiful room, very clean and the couch was so comfortable to sit on. I won’t be staying at that hotel ever again.
It was a convenient location near restaurants and the mall.

CanadaThe place was tired looking. The bathtub in our room was badly stained making it look dirty n unsanitary. There was a big tear on the carpet in the middle of the room. We were fortunate that we didn't trip over it this time. There was free breakfast provided but with no chair or room to sit to enjoy it. We booked because of the Travelodge brand but we were disappointed as this motel didn't live up to the Travelodge reputation. Also this motel gave us the feeling that the owner didn't take care of this property at all.
The price was very reasonable. Free breakfast was good.
