Steep stairs to 2nd floor. Could use an elevator. Did hear some grumbling about stairs from others. There are some street people that like to hang around the property.

it was a two story walk up the stairs to get our room and with a family of two elderly, a mother and two younger ones that was abit of a challenge. I was pretty sure when I booked with you I asked for a extra fold out bed to be in room. It wasn't and I was charged another $30.

I liked the location of the hotel it was around walking distance of all amenities. I liked the continental breakfast that was offered although it could have some muffins added to the menu. Front desk management was very friendly.

I just checked my VISA account and see that I was double charged. Should have been $198.28 for total charge for two days but instead I have been charged twice = $396.56. I have just sent an email with screenshots of my VISA account back to reservation@albertainn.ca along with a scanned copy of my invoice.

Would have loved a better selection of items at the morning buffet. The outside signage identifying the entrance is really lacking. We arrived late (about 2:45 am, actually), and had some difficulty locating the entrance door, even though it was right up front. This is because the motel sits amongst other stores/businesses in a strip mall setting.

Situated along the highway in this small town, this hotel is quite typically a motel. No fanfare expected, none received. It was useful for the few days of activities we had scheduled for the area. Staff very pleasant and approachable. Breakfast extremely basic "continental" offering. Be aware: two floors, no lift and a rather steep European-like walk up to rooms on the upper floor, where we were situated.

Room was on 2nd floor and no elevator, a bit much to carry bags up but staff helped, so that was appreciated. This was a last minute booking on a busy weekend so it sufficed for the purpose. With more choice, would probably not stay there again.

I stayed at this motel and had a very unpleasant experience. The room next to mine was full of loud partying, constant door knocking, shouting, and even what sounded like fighting. This went on late into the night, and no action was taken by management. I could not sleep at all. Cops come an kick them out around 4am. A motel should provide a safe and peaceful environment for guests, but that was not the case here. Very disappointing stay.
