Amazing location on the ocean. Very comfortable bed.

The landscape around the property was a bit messy and needed some attention. The location was a good 15+ minute drive outside of town and so grocery and restaurant runs were necessary.( This could be also an advantage for the reasons noted above)

Room was spacious with small eating/sitting area, large bathroom with soaking tub and a nice separate shower. The hot tub was a nice touch w robes, towels and slippers provided. Room included Keurig coffee maker w plenty of coffee pods, microwave and mini fridge . Best of all was the free use of water craft on the dock including single and double kayaks, paddle boards and included PFDs/ paddles- beautiful place to paddle from at any time of day or night including bioluminescence paddles at night within meters of the dock. Swimming was pleasant from the dock and it is also a great place to enjoy sunsets and stargazing as the location is far enough away from most of the lights of Sechelt.

This was our second stay at Tranquility Bay Inn, as always the location is beautiful, quite and unique. The host Nigel is amazing and we cant wait to come back again next year. We absolutely love our favorite 'home away from home"

The property is spectacular but needs some TLC and tidying up. There were cobwebs everywhere and the very pretty gardens were wild and overgrown into the paths. The various seating areas overlooking the water were dirty and unkempt so we didn't use. The dock squeaks loudly, and no shade or umbrella made it very uncomfortable in the sun. Stair handrails, tables and dock chairs need repairs. The suite itself could use a deep detailed cleaning (dirty door glass and dusty fans, soiled carpet, washroom) First impressions mean a lot and I was disappointed-however, this place has a ton of potential and the host was very friendly.

The oceanfront was spectacular, so many neat creatures to see and the most incredible views. Great weather, very quiet setting to enjoy peace and the Sunshine Coast area was great for exploring. There is a nice public beach 2 min walk away. We really enjoyed the soaker tub, and sitting on the under deck patio and sipping coffee.

Being super picky here, but maybe just a little vacuuming under the bed. Otherwise, everything was very clean.

Access to the dock, the beautiful scenery, the sound on the rain on the roof, well-equipped, comfortable bed, awesome hot-tub.

Extremely peaceful and beautiful location. Room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Great amenities like the hot tub, gas grill and water sports equipment available. Had an amazing time kayaking on the lake and watching the sunset from the pontoon decking after.

What a beautiful little slice of Paradise. The views are stunning. Nigel is an amazing host. We can not wait to come back. Loved getting to have use of the canoes and kayaks! Hot tub is a huge bonus!

The outside spaces were neglected with overgrown gardens and grass, tired and dirty furniture, broken railings and peeling paint. Such a shame, as it lost the luxury feel of the place.

The location is amazing for lazy days out of the water,exploring the bay on the variety of water equipment. The sunset suite was large, clean and well equipped. Lots of outdoor seating areas to take in the view.

The garden and seating areas are tired and need some attention, shame because the views are stunning but dirty glass panels and peeling paint on the handrails and dead plants and overgrown areas take the edge off …a real shame

Would have loved a bit of coffee creamer. There was coffee and tea, but no cream. The bed itself was nice and big but was very worn out. There were major indents in it. For the price, I would expect a better quality, comfortable bed.

We stayed in the luxury suite which was basically a basement suite in a large house with a wet bar. Beautiful location, amazing view. Can walk right down to the dock which was perfect. And lots of water sport equipment available although it was too cold for us to use it.

This is our family's third visit to this place. We really like it here; the scenery is beautiful, and the ground floor rooms have a fireplace and a pool table. This time, we invited a friend's family to come together, but there were two points that disappointed us. The friends' couple stayed upstairs and mentioned that the bed and mattress were very worn out, causing them to wake up with a sore back. Additionally, the upstairs and downstairs prices are similar, but the upstairs area is only about 37 square meters, while the downstairs is over 80 square meters. We remember that when we placed the order, it stated that the two suites were similar in size. However, upon reviewing the order, it seems different from our memory. We don't know what happened, but we can only say that next time we need to take screenshots as evidence. We hope the host can replace the bed and mattress upstairs because sleep is crucial. Furthermore, the price for the upstairs accommodation should be lower than that of the downstairs.

The view and surrounding area of the property was amazing. Nigel was very informative and welcoming during the course of our stay! We stayed in the sunset suite where we had our own pool table, BBQ and access to a hot tub and kayaks - which was great!
