Very modern, the suites are very well equipped. Pool looked nice, but we did t have the time to use it.

We had trouble with the WIFI. Not sure if it was due to our phones security or what but this didnt make a difference to us really. Watch your crowd for breakfast. It gets crowded and then coffee is gone and they cant replace it quick enough and some people feel the food is a free for all and help themselves I swear they didnt eat it but took it to their rooms for lunch or snacking later. It was a little strange for sure. Only a shower in the room, I am a bath gal so missed that but nothing else was out of place.

This Hotel was a second visit for us and we loved it. From check in until check out it was perfect. The room has everytning you need for a mini vacation and to save you money you even have a mini kitchen to cook. bed is comfy as well. Honestly only thing missing was a washer and drier LOL .

From the super warm welcome at your reception to the incredible hotel facilities this was our favourite hotel in our cross Canada journey! Gorgeous, quiet, new room with all the amenities. I wish we could have stayed a week! Across the street from Kelsey's Roadhouse Restaurant was so nice, had a great dinner. Breakfast the next day at the hotel was so nice, and your staff member was so on it and funny and personable, I saw her interacting with everyone and she brought smiles to all. Such a nice place to say. Lots of onsite parking for our Uhaul and truck, accommodated our cat, and we just had a very nice and restful stay. Top marks on the hotel decor as well.

The entrance to the property was awkward.

Clean amenities and computers available to look up items. Friendly service. Fresh and clean smell and look of the room and 1st floor bathrooms and pool area and everywhere. Comfortable and clean beds. Good breakfast.

We already paid for our room on line and then got charged again when we checked in. So we paid twice for one night 1 room. Then next day when checking out she fixed her mistake and gave us our money back.

The young woman staffing the front desk at check in, on Friday night, was very kind. Our tv was not working and she moved us to an adjoining room, quickly and with grace. Thank you.

We requested cribs for kids which was accepted by them but they couldn't provide it. Instead they gave us a room with 2 queen beds that almost did the job.

It was an almost new hotel in a good location. The breakfast was decent and the property was clean. the lobby was good with several TVs and plenty of seats. there was a fire place and BQ outside next to the entrance, which we didn't use but it was nice. Maybe next time we will use it.

Having severe allergies to cat and dog dander, there was concern when booking that pets were accommodated. Either our rooms were thoroughly cleaned or cat/dogs were never in the room as there was no problem. I understand with the popularity of dog owners how this kind of accommodation is appealing but perhaps there could be a section aside for it rather than the whole facility.
