Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaNight time staff were not as welcoming. The penthouse bed was extremely uncomfortable. There was early morning construction going on across the street that ruined my sleep. (I realize this is not the hotel's fault but something to check into when choosing which room to stay in)

The hotel is in a good location near the metro stations, also close to shops and bars. The rooms I think are spacious and equipped with all kitchen and bathroom utensils. But my biggest thanks and appreciation goes to the staff, especially Rajvee at the reception desk who helped me with the computer, very kindly and always smiling.

CanadaLocation is noisy even with windows closed and on top floor - lots of construction going on - (but this is downtown Toronto).
Suite hotel, appears to be a former apartment building. Nicely located not far from the ROM. 5 minute walk from Bloor/Yonge. Suites have their own sitting room and kitchen with full sized fridge, cook stove, microwave etc. so great for long stays. Staff super friendly and helpful. There is a small guest lounge and facilities to store your luggage after check out if you are not immediately leaving the city. We will definitely book here again when we are visiting Toronto.

Nice decor, well located- it’s a great spot and feels like a home away from home with all the amenities. The staff at the front desk are always very friendly and helpful.

CanadaThe pillows and bedsheets were not of the best quality. The room could use a mini fridge. Beautiful balcony but door locked and we couldn't use it.
The room was great with a large living room and TV aside from bedroom.. Everything was clean. The staff were all friendly! The view was nice. The price very reasonable. The decor was modern and bright. The towels were plenty and exchanged the next morning.

2nd time staying Perfect style of room that met our needs as we traveled for FanExpo. We were able to save money cooking our own meals. It was located far enough from the event we could relax but easy enough to travel to.

United StatesThe guest coffee offered was a single one cup device that only made espresso. We had to wait in line for 10 minutes for guests to each make a cup for their family in the morning. Eventually, we went out for coffee. There wasn’t A/C in our bedroom. There wasn’t towel service daily. There wasn’t a fitness center, nor breakfast.
The location is awesome. It has nice views. The room was very quiet. Easy walk to metro stations, shops, markets and restaurants.
