the motor home was clean and bed was comfy , i just can’t sleep with little noise outside. Over all, the motor home is great actually.

The bed frame isn't in good condition, it has an annoying noise just sitting or when you change your position during sleeping time. The price is cheap so I didn't expect a luxury bed but at least I that I could sleep well. To make clear just the cheapest one, don't know about the rest of them.

The bed needs to fix the screws, everytime u sit has sounslds of loosen screws. The facility door code should be sent to the customer earlier.

Affordable, accessible, host is friendly, quite area. Can check in earlier from the check in time as long as same date.

The bathroom needs serious work. That said, the sink and toilet are fine. The shower situation is really bad and it leaks on the floor causing a constant puddle.

This is not for people who are sensitive to noise or very into cleanliness. The room is in the basement of a family home so you can hear people above walking, playing piano, speaking. What was the worst though was a person upstairs constantly sniffing and clearing their throat loudly, it was disgusting. Also, the house's big heating appliance was right next to our room (very thin walls!) and the constant noise was like sleeping next to a main road. The bathroom was makeshift but had everything one could need. However, like the room, it was just not very clean and was missing floor mats and towels. The communal hallway has a microwave for cooking but we would have liked a stovetop, some cutlery and plates to prepare food.

This is one of the cheapest places to stay around Vancouver so that's a big plus. There was a fridge and a kettle in the bedroom as well as a microwave in the hallway. Also, washing machine and dryer were free of charge.

The room was better than I expected, with a nice big queen size comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. There was also a microwave to use, which came in handy to reheat my food. I think it was good value for cheap accommodation in Vancouver.

The only downside was the shared bathroom facilities, which were a tad outdated. They were clean but with other guests also staying in rooms it was out of staff control at times.

The location was fantastic, close to public transport as well as 2 local shopping areas within comfortable walking distance. The room was warm and spacious, with all the listed amenities. Only had a few short interactions with the owners, but they were pleasant and accommodating (allowed us to store our luggage after checkout while we got organised). The place was kept as clean as possible with daily common area cleaning. I would recommend this place as a stop over while you get yourself organised- close to shopping, phone stores, banks etc. Wifi speed is good and reliable. As they mention within their profile - not the place for a romantic getaway or picturesque views every morning but warm, tidy and hospitable for a short term stay.

only real issue was that it was cold at times but didn't really matter since the comforter was there

location, bed was comfortable. hosts were great even with a miscommunication. excellent value for the 38$ I paid. for those complaining about the noise. if you don't like mediocre noise volumes bring ear plugs. you're in someone's house. they aren't going to change their lives around for a stranger!

This last stay, I was put in a different room than usual. The bed was soft and uncomfortable. The light was not obvious. I had to look for it and there was loud partying going on well after I:00 am. I left at 3:30 am without sleeping. I'm disapointed to see this place is never improved. Some baseboards and a coat of paint in the bathroom would go a long way. It's hard to feel appreciated when receiving the bare minimum effort, seeing no improvements made year after year. Seriously, the cord to pull the bathroom light on is a 4" plastic stick. They can do better than this!

I'm always grateful to have this inexpensive place to stay close to my family. I have stayed here several times and with the exception of the last stay, always find it clean, quiet and comfortable enough.

This was an absolutely dreadful experience. Upon arrival, we couldn't even get inside as the host wasn't answering his phone. We stayed for just one night, but that was more than enough. The place was a disaster – the yard was a mess, the inside reeked, there was dampness everywhere, and the bathroom was like something out of a horror movie, with no toilet paper to be found. I can't believe this place is even allowed to be rented out. I would avoid this place at all costs.
