The room was quite spacious even with 2 large beds. All facilities worked including microwave, refrigerator and kettle. Despite the issue of the floor cleaning as per my dislike’s below, the room was very comfortable. The close proximity to the nice park by the river. It was nice to sit and have some food and drink at the picnic tables provided on a calm summer night. Three deer walked past the car park driveway as we arrived.

There were not enough car parking spaces for the number of rooms. The cleaners had used a little too much chemical on the floor and it was a bit slippery and the room had a slight odour as we entered the room.

We were able to travel with our dog. It was very clean, affordable, comfortable bed.

Hard floors always feel cleaner than carpet in a hotel, so I was happy with that. The view was very nice and the room was quite large.

There was such a strong smell of Pinesol cleaner in the room that we had to leave the door open until we went to sleep. It smelled like an entire bottle had been poured on the floor, which was slippery. There was no luggage rack in the room and only one small table, so no place to open a suitcase. When we got ready to leave about 9:00 in the morning, the office was locked and there was no place to drop off a key. We had no choice but to leave the room unlocked with the key inside. Seems like a security risk for the property.

The bed was comfortable

It was cold, it smelled musty, the jet tub looked unclean, you needed to be a contortionist to get in and out of the shower in the cramped bathroom without slipping. The "balcony" was merely the access to the rooms on the upper floor. The furniture was in rough shape. It was roadside-motel quality at luxury-resort price. Will not be back.

Location and food on site

Stay here many times before it’s starting to get rundown needs to have attention and proper cleaning. Certainly very expensive for what you get and of course the air conditioner was great to have but extremely dirty.

Spacious unit with separate living room and table for 2. Nicely decorated. Close to the lake with a nice view from the 2nd story balcony area. Must use stairs as no elevator but it was fine for us.

Nice location, short walk to the beach

Cobwebs on the wall. No front desk staff, just someone working in the takeout restaurant. Mini fridge froze all our fresh produce, had to be discarded No tub drain stopper to give our baby a bath. Appears to have been a really nice location at one point, but the grounds and general upkeep maintenance was falling behind..

Was different than a hotel. Had a cottage feel (good)

Super spacious with high ceilings. The staff were super helpful and friendly. In a great location too!

Comfortable room.

Parking was a little bit of a gong show. They need to keep track of license plates and if someone is parked too far over, they need to be notified. Not enough spots as is.

I liked the large size of the room, the cleanliness of the room, the flat screen tv, and the bodum for coffee in the morning.

While I like a clean room, the smell of cleaner was too strong and kept me up coughing for most of the night. I opened the window to air out the room, but it took a long time for me to stop coughing.

Great location with a great view from our balcony. The room was clean , comfortable and very spacious. We realize that the location is popular so we were pleasantly surprised with the price.
