There was good size hole in the wall by the door as I entered. Didn’t think about again until questioned about by staff. The beds were made, floors cleaned and stocked. Didn’t the cleaning staff notice the gaping hole before hand? Wasn’t a big deal. Said it wasn’t me, they accepted but advised me to inform them in the future. Odd.

The rooms still need to be fixed properly, bathroom fan and ceiling falling down and the air conditioner basically blowing warm air. Housekeeping needs to clean the floor just as good as they clean the rest of the room. I could not walk around without having shoes on.

We came for a concert, this was the last room in the city everything was booked! The staff were amazing, they changed my room to a non-smoking without me even asking!!! The bedding has stains but it was clean, and I had the most amazing sleep on that bed until someone's car alarm kept going off right in front of our room first thing in the morning. The area could be sketchy but I never felt unsafe on the property.

Lightbulbs were broken. Only 1 garbage can was to be found with no extra garbage bags. There was no TV box in the room and we were told they were going to bring one and did not. Wasn't impressed for a King size suite with what was in the room.

we only come here if we’re staying for one night since the rates are so cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for. everything is clean but it’s just the small things, and i find it’s pretty hit or miss. all the staff are amazing though.

Bed lumpy, ac did not work, room very cramped. One bed right against ac and other side a narrow space to get into bathroom. No plug in by nightstand One plug behind bed did not look safe. Blood spot on comforter.

The property is aged and showing it. the walls are paper thin you can hear everything, conversations, running feet, doors slamming……etc!

The registration staff was very helpful and nice.

property has small rooms, very dated and not in the best of maintenance condition, needs upkeep done there was a large truck allowed to park by the hotel taking up 4 stalls so had to park away from the room. the truck should have been told to park away from the doors to the side therefore not blocking the other rooms access to close parking and unloading of luggage etc.

the room itself was very cold , the door didn’t have a proper weather seal on it so it let a lot of cold air in , and the heater gave heat but the fan was broken so it didn’t warm the room at all . their was still old food left in the fridge as well and random garbage around the room. also the plug in sparked like crazy and seemed dangerous to use . the room was so tight for space there was almost no room to get to the bathroom. finding all the left over food and freezing all night was a downer . but you get what you pay for lol we got the room for 61$ .. so if u find a cheap room at this hotel this is what to expect lol have fun

there are long term stays there - one of the tenants cat was roaming around; we were there on a Saturday and because it’s their homes, they’re not as quiet as in a hotel/motel would be. unfortunately didn’t realize that it was close to the highway.

Towles were stained and dirty. Walls were all marked up dents and damages were not properly repaired. Couch was old smelled like smoke, was really dirty like it had never been cleaned, and was covered in all kinds of stains. Fridge did not work and had a terrible smell. Cops came to the building in the middle of the night. Was noisy all night long. Heat was turned off when we walked into the door room was freezing.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpfull! Had no problem giving recommendations where to go to eat.
